Stopped into Puma to see if they had a specific shoe. I was greeted by a very nice staff member named Dashaun. Dashaun is the most helpful, and friendliest. I shared what I was looking for with Dashaun, and he did everything he could to try to locate the shoe. Someone over the phone made a mistake sending me to the store, saying that the computer showed they had the sneaker in stock. That was not the case. Had to be ordered online. Popped into the Puma flagship to grab Carlos's Project 3 bag for the marathon. I've never been in a Puma store nor have I ever owned anything from Puma. I really liked a lot of the athleisure merchandise I saw in the three floors of the store. The staff was awesome and let me test the new Fast-R Nitro Elite 3s in a bunch of sizes without rushing me. We met some employees including one lady from their Boston office who chatted about her most recent training block and PR. There was even a custom shoe making station to design your own shoes! Great energy in the store and we are even more hyped about the NYC marathon tomorrow! read more

It was cool to stop in the Puma Flagship store to browse around and check out their products. It was nice to see everything they have because they have a nice selection of footwear, clothing, and so much more. Staff was readily available on each level to provide assistance to customers. Prices are pretty affordable for most products. read more

Visited the beautiful Puma Flagship in NY . I was really impressed with the great service ( there are plenty of helpful sales staff ). The products are really cool and especially the upstairs racing area with a nice variety of luxury auto brand collaborations ( virtual racing simulator as well ). Move to the right and you enter the running area - I liked the various lifestyle zones which made shopping easy to navigate. I got some great gear and will be back ! read more

I have to say that I really have slept on Puma. I did not expect much when I went inside. I love the shoes and the hats. Well... I went in looking for reflective gear! B/c I like to run at night. You know, so no one sees my fat jiggle when I run. Before entering the store, I'm noticing that most if not all of the first floor is women's. I was a little lost They have a cute selection this season if you ask me. So as I mozy on up there escalator. Im seeing all of these associates just standing around. I know, I have a resting face. So I started to get into the mood that the store had set out! I walk past the embroidery table. And theres an middle aged man who has managerial authority. He looks at me & keeps it pushing. Then i walk further in the store. Pass two more associates. & still not even a dry hello. The only person who helped me. & if your reading this. Plz forgive me. Was Kendrick it was a unique name & he was a whole mood. Helped me out with the superman sneakers. & directed me to section that actually had reflective gear. I told him thank you. And he went on to another customer. Mean while, I'm in the cut checking out the gear to see if they have other colors & stuff. The two managers. Were just staring at me. Other than my man Kendrick (I'm sorry for not knowing your name) everyone else was just like blah. I felt like they were seeing if I was going to shoplift or something. I just cant! I have become a fan of Puma of late considering they've taken over the rights to design and make my favourite team, Manchester City's jerseys for the next ten years or so, so of course I had to visit their large, modern and cool location on Fifth Avenue, which stands out with the huge Puma for their flagship NYC location by the Rockefeller Center. The store opened just a couple of months ago towards the end of August 2019. I did find the store to be a little understaffed and more dedicated to the "Running" market, which was a shame as it was a large store and although they seemed to stock a good range of Puma products and claim to have selection of "the full range of PUMA products including lifestyle, basketball, motorsport, golf, performance, association football and kids.", I still feel it was too dedicated towards the performance/running market without too much on the association football and regular wear/lifestyle for example. A pretty cool store and a nice new addition to NYC's Fifth Avenue - perhaps the store looks better than it actually is, but still, it's worth checking out despite the need for improvements which I hope are only issues with it being a new store as my visit came just under two months after they opened. 3* read more

The new Puma flagship store is a huge cube. The two high ceiling floors are equal to a four story building. The store if filled with not just Puma footwear, but fashion apparel and accessories. There is also a customization area where you can personalize your purchases. And similar to the Nike store a Technology Lab. When you first step in you will be welcome in front by a 10 foot red sneaker. Since the store is on the corner across from Saks Fifth Avenue and Rockefeller Center I expect it to be a big tourist photo op. read more

The staff here was very helpful. The store is perfectly fine. My review has to do with the product. I've owned pumas in the past and worn them the same amount that I wore the pair I purchased at this store. I've owned them for 6 months. 6 months! These are the City Rider Disruptive sneakers. The heel on both shoes is blown out. I have blisters on my heels. The soles are worn down. They squeak with every step. I contacted Puma and they said that there is nothing they can do about it. It's not a "manufacturing issue". It seems to me a sneaker lasting 6 months that is of the quality that Puma claims IS a manufacturing issue. But what do I know. I spoke with a supervisor and she claimed the same thing. I will never give my money to Puma ever again. There are other brands that are of higher quality. I wasn't doing anything in them but walking around the city in my day to day travels. Puma customer service actually helped me in narrowing down the brands of shoe to purchase in the future. Puma quality is poor. They don't stand by their product. Spend your money elsewhere. read more

I ain't a cool guy , I ain't a hip dude,. I ain't a big sneaker guy but I always like having a pair of puma sneakers so I could come close to being cool and hip .This giant puma store on 5th Ave will make puma fans happy and also the euro tourist who like to be American cool . Plenty of footware besides the old school puma sneakers which I grabbed right away. You can also get apparels like shirts , jackets , shorts, running pants and other goods with the puma logo . I walked around a bit just to browse and ended up spending more money as I got a puma novelty shirt and a pair of jogging shorts even though I don't jog. The total final cost was 117 bucks and thats ok cause wearing pair of puma sneakers brings back wonderful memories .let's put 4.5 stars on my puma yelp meter . read more

It was a nice store to visit while in New York. If you're and F1 fan it's definitely worth it to check it out and to try to sim. The Sim race was free and fun but a bit hard to race in. Staff did have a bit of a hard time helping us out but for it being super busy it was understandable. Definitely check it out though. read more
