Wilson Flagship Store is a sports experience and a sports lovers paradise. I am a fan taking after my father. He had his golf equipment Wilson. Don't tell Wilson but my Dad wore IZOD shirts and sweaters! When I had my golf gear it was Wilson too. As a kid all I knew were Wilson Basketballs. I'm glad I don't really need anything but I love to look. I'm saving up for the walking or running shoes. I have been told they do have sales. I'm keeping my eye out at the store in my neighborhood. You shouldn't miss visiting this Flagship Store when you get to SOHO. I didn't. read more

Alright store for Tennis products, tho a bit overpricey. Could get other alternatives that will work such as Nike, Adidas, and other. Not sure what competitive advantage does Wilson provide but I am not able to see it, perhaps because I am not a fan of its product? Anyways, I prefer to go elsewhere... read more

Positive Clean, spacious, well designed space. Fun to demo some racquets. Negative Staff doesn't seem like they cared. The other staff/manager? that allows one to demo racquets was "absent minded". The store was empty with just me. As for the tennis demos, why wouldn't you have the newest released racquets (clash 2.0), also the racquets looked so abused and the strings were beyond old. I placed an order for in-store pickup yesterday and was hoping to pick it up today. After selecting a store, your website tells me that my items are "In Stock" which means the items should already be in the store, not at the warehouse. Other retailers like Target, Home Depot, and Bloomingdales have a quick turnaround because those items are truly available in store. I called the store at 4PM today to see if my order was ready or if it could be prioritized. The store said that I had to wait until I received an email that my order was ready. Since I needed it today, I have no choice but to cancel the order. The store could not cancel the order so I called the 1-800 number for help. Whoever assisted me was not able to cancel my order and hung up on me when I needed clarification on how your website works. Hanging up on an already frustrated client is rude, unprofessional, and unacceptable. read more

It's a shame to really have a bad experience at such a beautifully curated store. Personally, I don't mind sharing the average person's perspective. It just indicates that's how most employees treat customers on a regular basis as opposed to being selective who's cool enough to help. Lol. Soho and egos for you. I'm too old for that nonsense. We walked in on 04.14.23 around opening time. Literally Dead. There were two employees: one replenishing clothes out the plastic bags, and the other helping a couple. We make our way to the tennis area because we knew what we wanted. (Background: We wanted to commit and invest in a performance racquet. Our goal was the blade racquets). I played alot of tennis in my youth and most stores don't carry racquets the way they use to back in the days. Therefore, I had questions. Was surprised and ecstatic Wilson finally had a brick and mortar in Soho. Not to my surprise, since I've worked plenty retail to recognize these employees showed no interest in assisting. They simply saw us enter and kept it moving. The second employee helping a couple ended up finishing to help another walk in with a purchase to then helping the first employee with replenishing the clothes. He did all that to avoid my little group. Lol. If you been in the store, you would know the tennis section is next to the cash wrap, 10-15 feet. So, no engagement. After patiently waiting and had observed enough we wasn't going to be helped, we left. Wasn't worth the attitude to have on such a beautiful Saturday warm morning. Very disappointed because it's universally understood to be busy and unable to help versus you saw how inconvenience you can be helping certain customers. I knew there was another Wilson stores we can try to hit up on the UES. I will indulge you on our UES experience on the next review. What a disappointing experience both Wilson store had to offer. This type of service seems to be the theme and training Wilson provides. Personally, when I recognized these behaviors, I keep it moving. I do agree with a fellow Yelper, Paragon Sports might be a better choice. There's a lot of product knowledge to gain on purchasing age appropriate equipment for each sport. We must rely on brick and mortar stores, experts, coaches or word of mouth to assist. Hence, I hope they are able to step up their level of service for the next patron. read more

Useless - go to Paragon Sports instead... I popped a string on a Wilson racquet so dropped by today for a re-stringing, but they refused because I plucked out the busted bumper guard and they didn't want to take a few minutes to put in the guard/grommets that I brought with me. Go elsewhere - they had zero interest in helping me despite having had a racquet done there before. read more

Mike (the GM) and his team have a great looking store! We stopped in while visiting for the US Open. Everything was clean, well-stocked and Wilson has great selection regardless of your style! So happy to see a Wilson storefront and able to try-on clothes and shoes as opposed to just shopping online! read more

I had a last minute work /golf outing and needed clothes and shoes by the end of the day. I called and spoke to the BEST staff member (Imani!). She was helpful and professional and put together a few options for me. I was able to get to the store before closing to pick up the items. I am very impressed with the customer service and will always shop at Wilson. read more
