This was a huge Adidas store, with four floors of products. Each floor had lots of apparels including special collections, athletic and casual wear. The first floor of was full of World Cup team jerseys, accessories and shoes. Prices were same as their website. I didn't notice many discounts or promotions. As I walked thrusters each floor, I liked they had checkout counters and fitting rooms on every floor. There was some cozy sitting space too. For world cup, they also set up a watch party space. Each floor plenty of staff members helping customers. In first floor, they had a personalization area too. It was busy with many visitors were putting in their custom orders. There were two elevators inside the store, but one was broken and the working one had cargo like bare bone appearance. read more

HUGE store. Multiple levels with each offering something different. Elevator is at the back of the store and there is a sign to tell you where to go for each floor. They do custom printing on shoes and attire. We went in for some shoes and custom printed NYC on the shoes. Which this is located on the LL and a bit chaotic. You choose your shoe, go to the custom print desk and get the form filled out for what you want, take that form to the register around the corner, pay then take back to the print desk and they'll take your goods for printing. We visited Saturday around 6:30pm and turnaround was next day 6:30pm. Printing of both shoes and cost $20. read more

This store needs serious supervision from the district management. Even the floor managers have no clue how adiclub vouchers work, differences in national and club jerseys, online and store inventories. I used a voucher in this exact store for a Madrid reissue jersey purchase two weeks ago, today I walked in to pick the 26/27 away authentic long sleeve as it wasn't listed online. In the second floor register, the african american manager says I cannot use any voucher for the Madrid jersey. I told him I bought two online using vouchers, I even have one with me, and one purchased from the store with a voucher as well. He won't even listen to me, refuses to talk and sends me downstair saying then go downstair since you want to go back and forth with me. He thinks just because he is smiling and talking nonsense, I would just let it go. That isn't customer service when you refuse to talk thinking customers are unaware. Not everyone is tourist, and I wish he talked to me the same way if the store was not in a tourist area. I went downstair and told the short hair female manager I have the receipt number from my last purchase and it shows I used adiclub voucher, and also app orders. They won't even listen and have no idea about what items are available online and in store inventory. She said maybe it's sold out online, in fact the authentic long sleeve was never listed on adidas website/app. So, they have no idea what they were saying. I am writing to formally complain about the disappointing customer service I experienced at your New York City flagship store. I wish I can give them negative stars. I attempted to return a pair of sneakers, but the associate, Elian, denied the return, claiming the shoes had been worn. The shoes were only worn briefly to try them out. The tags were removed because we intended to keep them, but we decided to return them because they hurt my feet. The customer service we received from both the store associates and the District Manager (DM) was unacceptable. The staff refused to provide the names of the associates or supervisors handling our request. Furthermore, when the DM arrived, they blamed us and accused us of being rude. I have never experienced this level of poor customer service that we received from flagship store.That store needs to be provided customer soft skills courses to starting at the female DM cashier associations. Warning to tourists: Huge store mistake, zero help from corporate.Visited the 5th Ave flagship from TX on June 21st. Bought a $119 shoe in size 6. Trusting the staff, I tossed the box/receipt to save luggage space.Back home, I realized they boxed a mismatched pair: one shoe is 5.5, the other is 6.When I called, the NYC store said exchanges must be done IN PERSON at this exact location. Flying back for a store error is ridiculous. Local outlets can't help, and corporate customer care stated I have zero recourse--even refusing an exchange in Mexico City where I travel next week.Staff was polite, but Adidas corporate policy is anti-tourist. I had a terrible experience at the Adidas Fifth Avenue Store on Sunday, February 15th, 2026, due to extremely poor customer service. We waited over 40 minutes just to get help with shoe sizes, only to be told they didn't have what we needed. Every time we asked for a different size, we had to wait another 30-40 minutes. The process was frustrating, disorganized, and a complete waste of time. We ended up buying 4 pairs of shoes, but we were willing to buy more. Unfortunately, because of the long waits and lack of support, we decided to stop and only purchase one pair each. The worst part was the girl working in the shoe customization area. She was extremely rude, rushed us, did not help at all, and made the entire process unbearable. Even though we paid for each design, she refused to properly customize our names and designs. The only reason we didn't walk out was because we had already paid. We are usually huge fans of Adidas, but this experience truly left a bad taste in our mouths. This store could be making much more money if they treated customers better and improved their service. Instead, they are losing loyal customers. Horrible experience. Adidas has this absolutely beautiful store in Manhattan. Recently I received a hat as a gift. I'm adding photos so you can see the Adidas quality. The embroidery is really pretty. My hat is dye free. Next time I'm in this neighborhood I'll get photos if it's not too crowded. It's a very popular store. I recommend you visit. I bought soccer shoes for $160 yesterday and came back the very next morning to return them. After trying them on the field, I realized they were uncomfortable. The store refused to accept the return because the bottom was slightly dusty -- most likely from their own dirty floor when I tried them on in-store. The girl on the second floor wasn't helpful at all and seemed more interested in winning an argument than actually helping a customer. Anyone who plays soccer knows how critical the right shoe is, yet Adidas clearly doesn't care about that. Extremely disappointing experience. For a brand built on sports, this is unacceptable. If I could give zero stars, I would. I went to return a pair of performance sneakers I purchased just seven days ago--well within their so-called "30-day return policy." Instead of a smooth return process, I was met with an employee inspecting the shoes like they were some biohazard, treating me like I was returning radioactive waste. The audacity. Then, they had the nerve to tell me I couldn't return them because I "wore them" (yeah, that's how shoes work--you try them on to see if they work). And to make it worse, they said I had to call online to return an in-store purchase. Excuse me, WHAT?! When I did call online, the rep clarified I could return them in-store but only at the exact location I bought them from. So now I'm playing customer service ping-pong between the store and their so-called support team. Both managers I dealt with? Rude, unprofessional, and dripping with attitude. They acted like they were auditioning for a reality show instead of working retail. The entitlement! Talking to me like I owed them something? Ridiculous. Honestly, their behavior was embarrassingly ghetto, aggressive, and downright childish. Save yourself the headache. Don't walk--RUN--from this place. Their policies are nonsense, their customer service is nonexistent, and their staff clearly needs training in basic human decency. Went into the store because I needed to exchange a size. I had previously purchased a pair of shorts in the wrong size without realizing it (someone had helped me at the store and grabbed me the wrong size), so went to exchange the exact same item one size up and they wanted to charge me more for it because the price had changed. They said their system could not process it. I have never had trouble doing an exchange like this, same exact item, same color, different size. The store associate said it might be an issue just for this store because it's the flagship but that sounds ridiculous because as the flagship, they should be able to troubleshoot such a simple issue. The associate as well as manager both were not able to explain why they couldn't do an even exchange besides the fact that the system couldn't process it and kept asking me to show my receipt like 5x and even after seeing it, having to verify that I had one over and over again. Luckily I remembered I could return the item so that's what I did. I don't shop at adidas often but this experience has made me wary of ever doing so in the future. I'm just one customer so I'm sure my experience and business is not important to adidas but I definitely don't want to shop at a brand that no longer values customer service. read more

It was end of the year holiday season aaaand the store was so clouded!!! Well it's locating by Times Square and i was prepared for this woooo saaah. I would say it was not the best time to visit. This store is so gorgeous! One person was standing at the entrance and he was welcoming everybody is so nice. I straight went to downstairs where is women's section. Even they are so busy, staff help me finding my size for their new line sweaters. Finally, they have a service that they can sew you name or initial or anything on your purchased clothing. People that know me at least somewhat well know that my wardrobe is somewhere in the ballpark of 90 percent Adidas, so making a stop to the Flagship store on my trip to Long Island and the City was a given. I have previously shopped at the separate Performance and Originals stores in SoHo, but I figured as this was closer to where I was going to be spending my time in Manhattan, I'd just stop here, as the Flagship store has clothes and gear from both lines... and a plethora of options too! The two sales associates that I was chatting with and gave me a hand, Terrance and Christopher, were both super friendly and enthusiastic, and actually marveled a bit about the few parts of my Adidas collection that I showed them. The selection of clothes was better than any of the other Adidas locations I've been to... perhaps only their online shop boasts a bigger selection, and puts the few outlet locations I've shopped at to shame. The prices of everything in store is full retail, which being in Midtown Manhattan and a Flagship store is to be expected, but I had a 30 percent off voucher, which allowed me to get two pairs of sneakers, two colder weather outfits, and one warmer weather outfit within what I budgeted for myself... and had a perfect load balance of one bag in each hand! **This store is selling higher price than online store** I went to the Fifth avenue Adidas store on Black Friday and I tried to buy above knit. After paying, I noticed it was charged at $120, because it clearly said $100 on the tag. So I went to cashier that helped and he told me it it's still lower than $100 because 30% discount I received. It should've been $70, not $84. I had to speak with another cashier and he and other guy tried to help me. But, Supervisor (Chris) came up to our discussion and told me tag price is wrong. I paid correct ($120) price, that there's nothing they can help and $120 is correct. So, I had to search the website in order to tell Chris I'm correct, then he acknowledge, then fixed price without apologizing or anything. read more

I have purchased multiple pairs of sneakers here over the years and have sent friends here as well that are visiting town and are looking for specific Adidas items. The store is definitely an experience. it is large and spreads across multiple floors, but you never feel lost or overwhelmed. There is a wide selection of sneakers you will actually buy and wear to do things like walk around town, play soccer or basketball, etc. They also have lots of clothes and apparel as well. Stumbled upon this store walking back to my hotel after an afternoon of shopping. At this point we were done shopping but spontaneously found Adidas so of course we had to go in. We had no idea this was the flagship location and that there was a creators hub! Pros: -Tons of inventory and it helps that everything is spread throughout 4 floors -The workers and helpful and friendly. We asked them if they had Adidas NYC stickers but they didn't sell them. The woman working the register went back to see what she could find and she found several graphic stickers they had from shirts. They weren't for sale and she happily gave it to us since they weren't useful to the store anymore. -Make sure you have some time if you want things customized. It takes about 15-20 mins for one item of clothing and if there's a line the wait can get pretty long. Tips: -If you want something customized make sure you take it to the hub and ask if it can be done. I love Adidas shoes, okay. Not for running (I'm a Saucony guy there) but for every day wear, I'm pro-Adidas. Which is why I have mixed feelings about this location. Located on a low-rent section of 5th Avenue, the store is absolutely gorgeous inside and out. When entering, friendly and professional staff are able to help guide you wear you want to go. Kids on three, ladies on two, men in the basement. The vibe is hip, urban, industrial and sporty all combined. There are viewing bleachers between 1 and 2 and a soccer game was on when I stopped by. However....I really wanted to buy a new pair of shoes to treat myself after a crappy week and although they do have some cool and unique models, they don't have a broad selection. The interesting thing is that the store encourages you to go to the website, which I love. But sometimes you just want to see something, touch it, hold it before buying it. It's a nice store with nice staff but I just would have preferred if they had more actual stuff in the store. Online there are over 370 pairs of shoes but there's nowhere near that in the store. It's a huge place and you could probably put all the merchandise on one or two levels. I still love Adidas but I just want more shoes to look at. I'm cranky that way. read more

This is a flagship store and is by far the best Adidas I've ever been to! there are pairs of sneakers available here, that are sold out everywhere else, which was pretty dope. I was visiting my family for the holidays and missed out on the online release for the static 700. I was bummed, but was meeting a friend on 5th Avenue and just noticed the line outside of this location. The staff inside and out (of the store) were so willing to help and even assured me that i wouldn't have an issue getting my size since there was a good amount left. Their process for hyped sneakers is absolutely the best in the country. I am thoroughly pleased with my pick up, and in complete awe of this store! Bravo staff bravo! read more
