I was very impressed with my visit at the Crocs store in 34th street. I went in to exchange some Crocs that I got incorrectly... each foot was a different size. As soon as I walked in, I explained the issue to a young lady at the register and she called the manager. The manager was another young lady who was extremely nice about the entire thing and she made the entire transaction very pleasant... I was able to look for whatever I wanted and since they no longer had the original item, I exchanged them for something else, and purchased some additional jibbitz. This store carries A LOT of nice things... so be ready to spend $$! read more

The size 7 was a little tight but the size 8 has too too big the sales person advised me to get a size 7 bc they will stretch as I break them in. Excellent! I had an obsession for Crocs since high school before they became relevant again, and now with Crocs becoming more "high-end," I am so glad I was able to stick my love for it to this day. Every time I'm in NYC, I take extra steps to make sure to stop by this Crocs store. I believe it's the flagship store, and you can definitely tell when walking by it. The exterior is absolutely hilarious and amazing to see and this two-story store has pretty much all the crocs they have. My most recent experience was exactly a "4-star experience" as I wanted to buy some crocs, but there weren't many deals going on. I should be aware that this is a flagship store, but I still don't think it's justifiable that a pair of crocs now costs $60. There was a B2G2 clearance special going on, but none of those shoes really appealed to me, but I still had a good time as I do enjoy eye-shopping and just seeing what selections they have. With that being said, I am just happy Crocs is becoming more relevant again because they are truly comfy shoes! I hope I can return and update my review to a 5-star because Crocs are simply the best. read more

I love Crocs, but this was one of my worst shopping experiences in years. I went into this store in search of men's flip flops. I couldn't find any. The employees on the floor were awful, mostly hiding behind pillars trying to avoid customer contact. It was actually comical. I asked two employees if they had any men's flip flops. One waved her hand indicating "over there". There were none "over there". I asked a second one and she said "I don't know" and walked away. I finally decided on a unisex sandal. The hang tags with the sizes were all incorrect so I had to remove each one and look on the bottom of the shoe. Couldn't find my size. I asked yet another employee and she just started looking at the ones hanging. I told her I checked all of them already and mentioned all of the tags were incorrect. I had to ask if she could look in the back to see if they had anymore in my size. You would have thought that I asked her for a million dollars. She reluctantly called downstairs and while they did not have the color and size I wanted, they did have a second color choice which they sent up in the elevator. Speaking of the elevator, it had an "out of order" sign on it but it was obviously not out of order as the shoes came up in it and I saw several employees using it. I was 4th in line to pay and it took 20 minutes. Only two cashiers and both at one point walked away from the registers to do something for the current customers they were ringing up. Why couldn't some of the pillar hiders step in to help? Finally a third one showed up screaming "next customer, debit or credit only". She was surly just like the rest of them. No thank you or anything. To top it off, I wrote a complaint email to Crocs and they didn't even respond. Never again. read more

They sure do have a lot of crocs in a lot of colors and with many logos. The guy at the door seems to not let you in until a hundred people have comfortably left the store. We're having a crazy heat wave right now and the only footwear I have are fancy dress shoes that are too nice looking and too hot to wear in this kind of heat. I also didn't want to buy cheaper flip-flops from elsewhere that would fall apart in like 2 weeks. Right now, Crocs is doing a Buy one, get the second pair for 60% off sale. I first picked a very sturdy pair of sandals in sky blue. This particular pair is very thick, and I could tell they are durable and could last me up to a year or even more if I took care of them right. This was the pair that my cashier gave me the 60% discount, and I also just picked out a pair of their non-clearance sandals in order to get the deal. read more

I went to return new crocs that were tried on and the girl at the register took it to her manager who refused to return or exchange. He said they were worn out when they clearly weren't. These were a birthday gift one size too small and now I'm stuck with them. I reached out to corporate to report as I haven't had this issue in other croc stores. I saw a couple of crocs on the racks that looked "worn" according to his assessment. I'm not someone who tried to go cheap nor was trying to pull a fast one by using and returning for free and they were pretty rude about it. The line to get in on a Sunday afternoon was obscene. I needed a summer pair of Crocs (I got some fur lined ones in January and learned my sister was right about their comfort + they seem to hold up to city walking). If I hadn't had time to kill and a serious need to find something in my size in a style I like, I'd have left but after well over an hour I finally got into the store. Selection was limited for my size, despite it being a fairly average women's shoe size (possibly the most common) but I did manage to find a nice colorful pair suitable for summer heat. If you're looking for decor for the Croc holes or any other Croc merchandise you'll definitely find it here though you should be aware they DO charge for bags and the store itself isn't nearly as big as it looks from the outside. I'm not sure how it compares to other Croc stores but compared to their online store, the selections seemed about equal. read more

My wife looks for a Crocs shop once per year to get her favorite sandal. This year, thanks to a great sale, she got 3 different colors of her favorite type. She'd never see that before. Good service, friendly and really helpful staffs. Surprisingly quite a few customers even on a Monday so there's usually a line. A few seats and 2 floors. Cute decoration with mini crocs into the Statue of Liberty, I though that was adorable. A few different sizes, colours, and styles. Super comfortable, these brings back nostalgic memories for me. They are causal, fun, and most are completely waterproof as they are made out of rubber. Some have patterns too! Reasonable prices and now they have discounts. My friend is usually a size 7 and the 8 is clearly loose on her but 7 was a bit tight at the front but the staff told her it will eventually stretch quite a bit so she went with the 7. So if you ever have a problem like that, go for smaller ones for crocs. Good location too with subway lines around it at walking distance. read more

I guess this store had been open for two months but today was the first day I noticed it. Not sure why it took me so long to notice this space since I work in the area but let me tell you I am officially a Crocs fan! I live in Manhattan and walk at least two miles a day. I love heels and am always on the lookout for a cute, comfy heel. The Croc heels totally fit my bill. Very content w. the service my friend and I received from Malcolm! My friend was very adamant about the color crocs she wanted, which were sold out. She ended up going w. this unique green color, he found in the back. Malcom was very attentive and a good Listener .. We went to the second floor and at some point he came up to bring us the color crocs my friend wanted, in her size too! ( which means he never stopped searching the stock) Above and beyond he went! I hate to leave bad reviews for places especially now but this store hands down has some of the rudest staff. I passed by on Friday on my way to the train and quickly browsed but didn't have time to try anything on so I figured I would stop in on my way home today, first off the security guard was extremely nasty as soon as I walked in but whatever, I don't have to deal with him to check out the shoes. I walked back to the display that I wanted to look at and there were two staff members deep in conversation blocking the shoes. As I said "excuse me" to them they looked at me like how dare I interrupt them. I stated I just wanted to look at the shoes they were standing in front of. They took exactly one step away so they could still lean on the display and loudly chat to each other, I tried browsing and wanted to try something on but I couldn't even concentrate on looking for my size because of how loud they were, meanwhile neither even asked if I would like help looking for anything. I quickly scanned the display but decided best to just leave before I got more annoyed and went to Famous Footwear down the block where I was greeted by several sales staff and asked if I needed help with anything to let them know, basically was able to browse the same merchandise as in the Croc store and felt like a valued customer. Sadly I believe I know the reason as to why I was treated so poorly in the Croc store and am truly disappointed and disgusted by the staff. We visited this store a little after 9pm on Saturday, and they close at 10pm. The staff sounded like they were having drunken parties on both floors, laughing loudly and ignoring customers. While cleaning up they were very loudly and repeatedly discussing how they couldn't wait to leave. Additionally, the women's styles on the floor appeared to only be in sizes 7, 8, and 9. I was able to locate one women's style in 10 and one in 11 in the whole store. Maybe if they weren't so busy discussing how eager they were to leave they could have helped me out, and we both would have gotten out of there faster. Also - bathrooms are on the second floor. There is an escalator and an elevator, in addition to stairs up to the second floor. You must first discover an unmarked door (hint: it's in the corner, past the elevator and next to another door that requires a keypad) and peep through it in order to find the restrooms in a little back hallway up there. Evidently they are hoping folks don't use the restrooms. read more
