My clients recently moved from Buckeye to San Diego, and this team made what could have been a stressful experience feel seamless. They stayed in communication the entire time, calling and texting with updates before arriving so everyone always knew what to expect. Throughout the entire move they were professional, helpful, organized, and genuinely cared about making the process easier. Moving is a huge transition, and trusting others with your home and personal belongings is a big deal. This team showed up, followed through, and delivered on exactly what they promised. I'd confidently recommend them to my clients, family, and friends.

You talk about moving slow , The movers were very young, both in their 20s. I asked them which fire…read moredepartment they worked for. One explained he was in college, and the other said he raced BMX bikes professionally. It quickly became apparent that they weren't experienced movers. It took them an hour just to take apart my king-size bed. The day before, a friend and I moved all 70 boxes ourselves in about five hours total, including loading and unloading. I hired the movers only for the large furniture: a king-size bed, two nightstands, a dresser, a bench, a 65-inch TV, a TV stand, a sofa, a coffee table, and an end table. Moving those items just four miles took them 6.75 hours, which is what I was billed for. After the first hour and a half, they had only taken apart the bed and moved the mattress downstairs. I asked why it was taking so long because it honestly felt like they were dragging their feet. Had I known they weren't actually firefighters, I never would have hired them. I chose this company because my neighbor had used them a few months earlier. I watched that move, and they were in and out very quickly. She also told me nothing was damaged, which gave me confidence in hiring them. Although I was frustrated with how long the move took, I still tipped them 10% using my credit card. I was then surprised to learn there was a 4% credit card processing fee. Since Square charges businesses 2.6% plus 10 cents per transaction, I felt that passing along a 4% fee was excessive, so I deducted that amount from the tip. They used Square to process my transaction. As a small business owner in Scottsdale, I understand the cost of processing credit cards. While I would not use this service again. I was also disappointed that the company's name implied the movers were firefighters when they were not. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. I was charged two hours of travel time coming and going to my place when they were getting ready to leave I googled travel time back to surprise and it said 43 minutes I was billed for an hour when I said something he said that they were going past Surprise to the yard that they had to return the truck too. Response to the owners reply The bed has hex screws holding it together, so the only reason it would be difficult to take apart is if you didn't have the proper tools. The fact that you wish you could provide bulky, glistening calendar movers has absolutely nothing to do with anything I wrote in my review or with the efficiency of the movers. I want to be a billionaire, but that doesn't mean I'm going to become one. Likewise, using a name that gives people the impression they are supporting local firefighters is misleading. I see that you don't take constructive criticism well. I stand by my original review and was simply sharing my honest experience.

This month we needed someone to do a crosstown move for our son. Two Men's quote was extremely high so I researched a bit and found the stellar reviews of Just-In Time Moving. Since their quote was almost half the price (!) we decided to give them a try. You wonder if paying less means inferior service or other problems. That wasn't the case at all. Communication was great. Eric and Miguel showed up right on time (one of those dreadful 110° Phoenix heat advisory days) and worked quickly and carefully. We were very happy to have found this company and are pleased to say they'll be our local movers going forward.

First, the owner never sent me a written quote. They were fast; however, one of the movers whose name was Miles, scared me by yelling to the top of his lungs out of frustration because he couldn't get the bed together because he had all of the screws tightened and anyone who puts together anything would know bit to tighten the screws all the way until those screws are in the correct holes and then you screw them in. I went in the room to give him that tip but was scared the entire time he was in my house due to his behavior. Then when they got done, the paperwork showed that I was being charged an extra hour of travel time when my move was less than 15 minutes apart and I was told that they needed to stop at Walmart to get T-shirts. I made the payment in full along with an additional $60 because I just believe in tipping and always have, besides the other guy was excellent. Great customer service and he was friendly the entire time. Any way, I went through the contract after they had left and noticed that there was nothing in the contract that stated that I would owe a 1 hour transportation fee now was I ever told this verbally. So, a day after the move, I sent the owner a message and he proceeded to go back and forth with me. However the most disturbing message was the one below verbatim: "I'm so sorry you're so broke that you can't pay the movers for a move that they did well for you. Send me your address. I'll bring you cash next week. I would love to meet you." This company is way to green and they need to learn some customer service skills before doing business with the public. I wouldn't recommend them at all.

It would have only cost them $150.00 to resolve the issue. The wife pointed out the damage and claimed to have fixed it during the move however it was left cracked and broken needing to be replaced. They also broke/damaged two mirrors so the bad luck is theirs to own. When we texted to file a claim they left us on read and failed to respond. When we called them, they hung up on us and blocked us. Additionally, they had issues with their bank making processing our check and wiring funds a time consuming headache and frustrating inconvenience as we were attempting to get settled in to our new home. When attempting to resolve this issue they were insulting and unprofessional. Further, when arriving at our moving destination, Mr. Buff was more concerned about beating rush hour traffic than a senior citizen's and pets safety and well being during a stressful time. Additionally they miscalculated the move and had several items, including furniture, strapped to the back of the truck and placed in our personal vehicle to transport the items. We had to leave several items at the old house since they would not fit in their truck. We did not find their behavior or performance to be professional. Moving forward (pun intended) we would not work with Mr. Buff again. * Update to Mr. Buff's response. There was an issue with Buff's bank processing our check that cleared despite his false claim. Before we could even check with our bank to verify the issue, Buff threatened to call the police on an elderly senior citizen falsely claiming fraud. The stress caused by Buff's threats almost sent this senior citizen to the hospital that morning. As far as we know, the issue was a glitch with Buff's bank, and that bank apologized to us for the inconvenience, stress and trouble. Buff was paid in full that day but he fails to note this fact in his response to our review. He could not have been paid in full that day if we had insufficient funds as he falsely claims in his dishonest response. Shame on Mr. Buff and his shady team.
