After attempting to trade internal parts out of my existing toilets I found out the manufacturer stopped building that model, they were made with non-standard sizes and I could no longer order a flapper to fit my tanks. My options were replaced the tanks or replace the toilets. So off I went, and let me tell you, making decisions on a toilet is harder than it seems. Will I go two piece, one piece, which has the better flush, least prone to clogging, which is more comfortable, easier to clean, do I spend $200 per toilet or $700 per toilet for the nicer ones, the standard big box stores are open all day every day but the plumbing supply stores are only open mon-frindurimg my work hours so looking at a higher end brand and model isn't possible. Months of back and forth fretting all these decisions and one day I ran into an ad for HIW advertising toilets, AND, they're open on Saturdays. I checked them out, I was able to see and feel the toilets I was considering, and I walked out the door with two of them. First off, their stock is overstock, so be sure to check your product for any blemishes or damages, second, the cost for their products are about half the original retail price. I'm happy because I got the $500 toilets for $300 and I now have two new one piece toilets acquired at a very reasonable cost! I checked out the rest of the store while I was there, they had some nice full length mirrors, a row of tubs, three or four sets of outdoor furniture, an aisle of toilets, sinks, cabinets, flooring and countertops. They offer installation on their flooring and cabinets here and with the prices I found, I'd seriously consider checking them out if I'm planning a kitchen or bathroom renovation. The staff was friendly, welcomed us in as and helped me carry and load the toilets in to my vehicle. I'll 100% be back again the next time I'm in the market for a home improvement product they keep in stock. The prices here are hard to beat! The owner was out right on time to take measurements and worked with me on a start time since I was still waiting on painters. Expert installers for everything - I didn't want to move out my new washer & dryer since they would have to be outside while the floor dries, but the installers did an excellent job getting the floor coating as close to them as possible. The cabinets came about 2 weeks later and they are essentially built into you space. My guest shower is on the other side of where the workbench and a hanging cabinet were going and they were careful during the install. After talking with a few contractors, we met with Bobby of Atelier 507 and immediately had a positive feeling about what could be accomplished. He came back quickly with a presentation that clearly fulfilled my vision for our new kitchen, and his cost estimate was right where we wanted to be. Our new kitchen included all new cabinetry, granite countertop, tile backsplash, a custom island 3x the size of the old one, plumbing and installation of lots of new lighting. I could go on and on about what a great job his crew did, but what impressed me the most was Bobby's constant follow-up and communication. He also had wise input regarding some of my initial ideas, and I'm glad I took his advice. We finally have our dream kitchen, and now that it's complete, are delighted that we can highly recommend Atelier 507 for your home remodeling needs. They do both large and small projects, and even though our kitchen was one of his smaller projects, Bobby always made us feel like we were his most important customer. I would not recommend Atelier 507 to anyone, for any reason. I am writing this review because I've noticed an increase in Atelier507's advertising, and I think anyone considering this business should be aware of my family's experience. We signed a six-figure contract with Bobby in December of 2020 for our home remodel. We ultimately paid that entire contract amount, plus about 60% more. To this day, the work is not complete. Bobby abandoned the project before we were able to pass the City of Phoenix's inspection process. So, we have not been able to close out the permits with the City of Phoenix. We were initially told that our home would be finished in March of 2021. It still isn't, 18 months latter. Bobby did find another company to complete the work when we informed him of our intent to file a complaint with ROC after he abandoned the project, so I am hopeful that we will be finished with this chapter in our lives soon. It has caused a lot of stress for our family. The work that was completed required (and still requires) significant repair and "touch up" work. The work was rushed and not carefully completed. It seemed that Bobby wanted to complete the job as quickly and inexpensively (for him) as possible. Some examples: The grout and drywall in and around our primary bath shower is severely cracking. The shower tiles themselves have begun to crack. The drywall around the title is cracking. The shluter around the shower niche is sharp and sticks out from the wall. Our child's bathroom tile has similar issues. The shluter around her tub is sharp and sticks out to the point that she recently cut herself while getting into the shower. He purchased (basic, undoubtedly inexpensive, white) paint for the interior of the home without consulting us about paint color. We were told that was the color our walls would be painted, because the paint had already been purchased. The paint was thinly and sloppily applied. The kitchen layout was not well planned. We are unable to open one of our refrigerator doors. We purchased our appliances prior to the remodel; still the kitchen design was not compatible with what we'd purchased. The kitchen backsplash was installed quickly and carelessly: the grout is cracking, and the square tiles are noticeably off center above the stove. The "under cabinet lighting" was screwed into our cabinets so that the sharp end of the screws were poking through the bottom of the cabinets. Our plans included a pantry/mudroom, which had to be scrapped due to poor planning. When we finally had no choice but to move in to our home in October 2021 (despite the fact that it was unfinished), we spent my. first few days there cleaning urine, grime, and pubic hair off of our "new" toilets. We still find cigarette butts in our yard. A custom-built entertainment center was damaged. A box full of our clothing was used as a trashcan (and cigarette receptacle). There is paint splattered on our flagstone patio and pool deck. Our kitchen cabinets were full of trash. The crew left behind their garbage and extra supplies for us to clean up. We have paid Bobby every cent we owed. And when we were asked to make progress payments early to accommodate Bobby's vacations, we did. Still, when we expressed concerns, we were reminded of the fact that Bobby was "trying to run a business," that it "wasn't worth it" to him to have anyone come to our home to address issues, and that there was a "million dollar project" that was Bobby's priority. At the beginning, Bobby was professional and accommodating... that did not last. I hesitated to post a review prior to our home passing a City inspection because I just want the project finished so that our family can move on. It's been a year since we moved into a construction zone, and this process has been a nightmare. I hope that sharing our experience helps others to make an informed choice.

Yes, you have to put the cabinets together, but it's a space saver in a truck when transporting. The quality of the cabinets are stellar and have a real finish, especially compared to Home Depot's off the shelf and special order wrapped cabinets, which are just awful. Plus, they cost less than Home Depot on everything. I remodel homes for a living and the better quality LVP they sell is literally the best LVP I've ever installed. Super easy to install and very durable. I just wish they had more color options for that tier of LVP. Super affordable for what you're getting.
