Since moving to the area, I've visited a handful of times for a polish manicure and have committed to gel about six months ago after finding Queeni. She is incredibly meticulously, clean, and focused in her work and I'm "boring" in my asks (mostly neutrals, with occasional French and bright colors for the holidays). She's also gotten me out of my comfort zone by recommending cat eye, ombré, and chrome but in the neutrals I love. I've started to add polish pedicures and they actually massage, tub is lined, and good quality. Hubby agrees and is now hooked on getting the occasional pedicure. Highly recommend! read more

The lady (lyna) doing my nails kept shifting my arms and fingers and kept getting irritated even though I wasn't moving them at all. She kept placing them on this thing and then getting annoyed which was soo confusing. Then talked crap about me to her coworker and also answered my question very condescendingly. Not sure what her issue was but this happened 4 times now with her. She left all this glue on my hands too. The aesthetics are awesome, and the guy that handles the appointments is really nice, but the pedicure experience was definitely a let down. I got the basic pedicure and was in and out within 35min (including 10min drying). It definitely didn't feel like a relaxing, spa pedicure. This was the worst nail salon experience I have ever had. The technician was unfriendly from the start. I asked for a gel manicure, and during the filing process she broke several of my nails, then told me I could no longer have the square shape I wanted. Every color I picked was "not available," and in the end I was charged an additional $15 service fee without any notice nor what I wanted. If I was going to pay for it my nails should be the shape I wanted. The end result looks terrible -- my nails are short, uneven, different shapes and lengths, and the color is awful. Honestly, it looks like they weren't even done at all. To make things worse, I paid extra for this. Very disappointing and frustrating experience. I will not be returning. read more

So disappointed. I came home literally wanting to take off my nail polish. It's my first time here and high expectations with all the wonderful reviews. My appointment was at 5:30pm. I get seated and after about 10 minutes my nail tech started painting my nails. She did a poor job cleaning my cuticles on my toes and painted over my skin. When she was done, I pointed this out to her and she just looked at me. I let her know that it doesn't look clean and looked messy. She ignored my comment and proceeded to me to take a seat to do my manicure. She rushed to get them cut and painted. Hanging skin and dirt still under my nails. I looked at them and was appalled. It was closing time. Every nail tech cleaning and rushing to go home. I get it. But my nail tech not once asked me if I liked them. She didn't even listen to me or make it right after I told her I didn't like the way she painted my nails. Last one in the salon and I'm already over it. Instant regret. This is why I hate getting my nails done. I should have saved my money and done my nails myself. $78 for mani and pedi and a horrific experience. I will not return. read more

I've been going to this nail shop for about 7 years now and let me tell you! When I say they have been legitimate si ce day one I mean that! I can't believe I've been with them that long and never had the opportunity to write a review. The Owners are super nice, accommodating, respectful, and are loyal right back to their clients. I always get what I ask for to the exact or better. I show a picture and say this is what I want and its done. What I also love about them is that when you tell them what you want they will not put you with someone who doesn't specialize in what you are requesting. It is also evident that they treat their employees well because I've had the same nail techs for many years. I've maybe seen two leave for unknown reasons. I love the ambience of the shop as well. Vanessa/Ness does magic with nails, especially for someone who has a hard time finding the right shape for my fingers/nails. Again, the service is always great but she is someone I would highly recommend booking with.
