I didn't plan on going to Bosque, it was fate. Actually, I was lured over by the resident dog while visiting the adjacent coffee shop. I followed Bennie the Boxer in and found an urban garden of cacti, succulents, and plenty of things I can't pronounce and probably can't be entrusted with, given the epic Orchid Massacre of 2014. I just don't have a green thumb. That said, while the Bosque was not made for me, it is a beautiful place to browse! The variety of plants packed into the tiny space is impressive, as is the knowledge of the staff. I overheard a few conversations about temperature, water frequency, and soil consistency that quickly reminded me that plant parenthood is not for me. For now, I'll have to settle for admiring the terrariums and decor from afar! read more

Stopped by today for the first time after having the coffee a few times at the Uptown farmers market (absolutely delicious by the way), we got a coffee and walked around the shop for a while. First of all, GREAT start to the weekend. If you are a plant lover this shop is an instant serotonin boost. The selection is awesome and the employees were very friendly and genuinely seemed like they enjoyed being there. I am not living in Phoenix at the moment and am flying back home today, so unfortunately I could not pick up a plant to bring home with me (although I was certainly tempted), but I did pick up this plant powder and a cute sticker from the coffee truck! read more

Such friendly staff!! Feels like a hidden gem of a place, you walk in and it's like your transported to a plant addict's dream! Great selection of healthy plants with no really difficult varieties. The staff are super knowledgeable and they give great advice regardless of if you're new or already have quite the collection. I've got we'll over 100 plants at home so it was great having fun conversations about plants with the staff. Only cons is that parking is kind of difficult in that area and plants are slightly on the pricey side. But I think the quality of plants, level of information provided, and frequent rotation of varieties makes it very worth the parking and price point especially if you're new to house plants and want to make sure you get something you'll be successful with. read more

I got some cute plants from here and I love them! They're thriving at home and my peace lilies are actually blooming which has never happened when Ive gotten them from other nurseries so thats cool. read more

I was not a big fan of plant shops in general until I was introduced to Pueblo by my wife a year and a half ago. Since then, we visit Pueblo almost every weekend and usually bring home a plant, picture, or framed bug for our apartment. We often ask each other "Where will we put this?" and joke about needing a bigger place for more Pueblo goods. The employees are all wonderful, knowledgeable, and passionate about the plants they sell. Have a question? They can tell you everything single thing you need to know about caring for the plant you are about to buy. The new location is awesome and I am excited to see what they do with the outside space they are currently constructing. read more

This place was amazing! It is the cutest houseplant nursery I have ever been too. It is located right in downtown Phoenix and next to Welcome Diner. It was easy to find and parking was a breeze. Inside they have tons of options from tiny baby houseplants to well established ones. They are a bit pricey, but for the location and size it was to be expected. If you follow them on Instagram you can find out when they offer sales and that is a great time to go! My friend and I each picked out a beautiful new plant and they are thriving. The staff there are also super helpful and will answer any questions that you have and give you great care tips for what you are purchasing. It was also so nice to just walk around and admire all the beauty. It is a gorgeous space. Pros: *Beautiful space *Great variety *Friendly and helpful staff Cons: *A little pricey *Small space that can get crowded read more

I love it here. Although they keep moving their building, it gets better every single time. It's way more spacious. There's an inside area, a greenhouse, and a large patio with a soon to be koi pond. Everything is worth the prices they are. I get my spider plants here and my sage. Always such a nice energy when walking through the door. read more

Everyone is so friendly! A fun spot to go to and get some nice and unique plants. Not too pricy and always want to go back for the vibes.

I stopped by this shop for the first time on First Friday. There was a crowd in there, but I made my way through and what initially caught my attention were these cute little succulents in magnetic pots stuck on all of the pipes lining the shop (only $7). I'd been looking for a friend to share my apartment with, so I made a mental note of those cuties. There were terrariums and an assortment of different plants of various sizes. Awesome plant related prints as well, which would be perfect to put up on any wall. The location of the shop is pretty neat too, since it's part of a larger space, leading to an art gallery and cafe. I ended up buying the potted plant, and it is currently stuck on the lamp stand in my room. read more

Plants galore! A picture-worthy place. This shop is very cute and unique. They had a wide assortment of plants, but they are quite pricey. It gets busy on the weekends, so make sure you come early. I really liked the ceramic planters they sell. The artist of the planters did a great job and there was a variety of them to choose from. read more

If you are prepared to drop some serious loot on plants Pueblo is the place to go. I'll admit I have been here a few times to get ideas and then headed over to my local nursery and bought a plant at half the cost. That being said they do have some truly unique plants and beautiful pottery as well. read more

Pueblo is an awesome local business. They have a good selection of plants, pots, and other things to make your home more cozy! Everyone that works there is knowledgeable and friendly! I didn't know much about indoor plants but they helped me pick the right ones as a pet owner. The prices might be a little higher, but I would much rather pay more to shop here than a large corporation. Plus, the service and products are worth it! Thank you Pueblo for being a Downtown Phoenix staple! read more

My favorite nursery! Everyone who works here is so helpful and friendly. They give you advice on how often to water your plant and how much sun they need. Prices are a bit on the higher end compared to other nurseries, but in my opinion, WORTH IT! They have a wide variety of plants and the cutest planters. I never leave without at least one new plant baby! read more

Went today for the first time after wanting to go for so long. The place itself is cute and is right in downtown. The selection of plants is great and they get new stock each day. When I went today, I got the three plants seen in the images and they were well worth the money. Don't expect to get cheap plants that are comparable in price to Home Depot/ Walmart - Pueblo is more expensive but the plants are in better condition and look full and healthy. I also got great advice on how to care for the Pitcher plant I purchased and my existing Fiddle Leaf Fig. read more

If they are open you would never know. They don't pick up the phone or return messages. Sorry but the Plant Stand got my money as a result.

I found this gem on Yelp a few weeks ago when I was looking for some novice friendly house plants for my new apartment. The shop is beautiful! Super warm and welcoming, I was greeted by friendly staff members who introduced me to the different varieties that were available. They answered every question I had and gave me information that I hadn't even thought to ask about. I spent over an hour there on my first visit and left with 6 amazing plants! I returned a few weeks later with a friend and left with one more and their liquid fertilizer. All of the plants are like artwork, vibrant and healthy. They're all easy keepers, but whenever I have a concern about one of them I just call the store or pop in with a photo and they let me know exactly what that specific plant needs. I love this shop SO MUCH,I can't give the owners and the staff enough praise! read more

Staff was super kind yesterday when I went in. They were helpful, knowledgeable, and welcoming. Pueblo has a great selection of plants (both indoor and outdoor). I am absolutely in awe of the folks at Pueblo. They put SO much time and love into bringing amazing houseplants to Phoenix, and they are all incredibly well-versed in plant care. If you ever hesitate because of a price tag, take my advice and DON'T. Big box stores don't put even a fraction of the effort into acclimating their plants or creating a reasonable watering schedule and are certainly not a great resource when you have plant troubles. Most every plant I've purchased from their shop has flourished in my home, and for those that haven't, the Pueblo crew has offered great advice to resurrect them (or just get it right next time!) I know I'll be back very soon & can't WAIT for the Conservatory to open! read more
