We visited Pueblo Life for the first time yesterday and....HOW IMPRESSIVE!! Josh was amazing-helpful, knowledgeable and super friendly. We brought in an orchid I needed to save by repotting it. Not only did Josh help take care of that for us, he helped educate us on some of the new plants and pots we were buying. We also spent time looking at the shop, greenhouse and coffee garden- it's all a delight! They have an incredibly beautiful and diverse selection of containers, gifts and plants. Unfortunately, we don't live close but it was well worth the drive and we will definitely be back, many, many times! Thank you to Josh and Pueblo life for such a fun experience!! read more

Similar to other reviewers, I had an issue with plant quality. I purchased 7 plants (3 pairs of 2 and 1 solo). They looked great from the store and I had them all planted on a single wall with windows on both sides. 1 of each pair died due to poor drainage of the pot and I think root rot. The solo plant also died. I got a moisture meter to make sure I wasn't overwatering but the planting pot not draining properly and pests and root rot I think we're the culprits. I spent over $300. Went ro store with photos of the thriving plants and took back the struggling /dead ones and they took 0 responsibility. Saying "maybe it's the lighting".... no. "Maybe it's overwatering"... I purchased plants on July 17 and they died within 2-5 weeks. Stay away!! read more

Just visited this hidden gem! Omg they have so much to offer. A HUGE variety of plants and some of the most knowledgeable staff. They take their time and you can tell that they truly care about the plants. The vibes are immaculate. All the plants looked in good health. I appreciate the transparency from the employees as well. We have pets so they helps us pick a good few. Couldn't leave empty handed. Picked up a money tree! All in all this place has so much to offer. They also have a coffee bar you can order from. This is a great small date spot for plant enthusiasts. Pricing was very fair. Can not wait to revisit. read more

Wow - I absolutely love this store. When my friends and I walked in it was like being transported to a little nature oasis! There were so many different types of plants, beautiful planters that looked like art pieces, and other small artsy items to brighten up your home. I really loved the combination of plants and art as I like to buy plants as a way to decorate my house. Upon walking in I was nervous about buying any greenery as I have cats that like to chew on everything. I talked to the staff and immediately I was led around the store as the employee pointed out all of the types of plants that were safe for pets. I really appreciated their help as they pointed out plants of all sizes and price ranges as I wasn't sure what kind of plant I wanted (I just knew I wanted something non toxic). This employee stayed with me until I found the perfect new additions for my home. Thank you so much! The customer service here was excellent and I left with two beautiful new plant babies that I am so happy to have in my home knowing that they are safe for my cats. Thank you to the staff for answering all of my questions and helping me through the process of selecting my new plants. I'll definitely be returning. read more

My first time in Phoenix, AZ, and I wanted to check this place out as it had been recommended to me. It was a bit confusing though.. the PUEBLO sign on the storefront in the photo is no longer there, so I wasn't sure if I was in the right store haha. Lots of plants, but pricey! Nice little place to check out. I loved their natural, soy candles they had named after national parks. Smelled REALLY good! I would've purchased it, but the price was a bit steep for a candle D: read more

The new location is so amazing! It's so much larger and I felt like the plant selection more vast. I loved they had inside, green house and outside. I loved the art on the wall and home decor options. I came in with my daughter looking for another spider plant for her to take home. We also left with a poster and few other items. We can't wait to come back. Always more impressed with every visit! read more

I've had a lot of patience and compassion... but at this point Pueblo has just been an enormous waste of energy and money. I feel like I was completely cheated out of my gift card of $200. My real estate agent gave me a gift card for the Venice Ca location. But it was closed right after she gave it to me. my real estate agent wanted to give me the gift of plants. My only option was using the website.. They couldn't sell any plants online . I waited weeks and weeks to get a response about my gift card. I was patient and I was trying to be reasonable. Eventually I found a few things that I liked on the website but they weren't available. So I had to choose more things. most of the products online don't have any dimensions or description or much information. I spent $45 returning items .I received notice that these items were returned and so I wanted to replace them with some other things. But at this point No one from Pueblo got back to me. For a long time!!! 5 weeks . I understand these times are challenging. I do. But nonetheless.... By the time someone gotten back to me from Pueblo I had thrown away my receipt from the post office. Because I was assured it was at Pueblo had the items. Pueblo says they never received the items. So I have spent $45 to try to refund a gift card of $200. What a waste of time and money and energy!!!!!!! What a massive disappointment. And I spent part of a Saturday with my two children in the post office so I could send these things back. ..! I can't believe after all of this time and energy I am out of money and I'm out of a gift card. read more

Every time I visit Pueblo I leave feeling SO good because it's just the best! First of all, the store is absolutely magical. They do such a good job with the setup, and pics there will make your friends all jealous (and then they can join you next time!). They always have a bomber selection of plants, truly having something for everyone. You'll find a solid fill of both houseplant staples and more rare finds. The plants are usually super healthy and gorgeous as well, if not thriving. I think what really makes Pueblo great is their employees! The customer service is truly unbeatable. When you buy a plant, they'll tell you all you need to know about caring for it (if you don't know how) and are always so knowledgable and helpful. I also love that they never hound you at the door or bother you, but are always friendly and open if you have a question. They all care a lot about the plants and your experience and it really shows. The prices are definitely a little higher, but it has never bothered me since 1. the plants are so well tended to, 2. the customer service is fantastic, and 3. I know my money is going toward an awesome small business! I have always felt that I got my money's worth 100%. read more

I have purchased several plants from Pueblo. My only issue is that the two trees I purchased have died within a year. About 6 months ago I bought a dragon tree under the guidance from pueblo that it needed little sunlight. In the last month all of the leaves have been falling off and turn yellow. I've put a moisture meter in the soil and it is not showing as too moist (which I thought was the original problem). My issue is not that the plant is dying, but that I've called Pueblo over 11 times in the past two weeks and they have not picked up the phone. I've left 2 voicemails with no call back. All I want is to talk to someone about how I can save this plant. I love the store and aesthetic--just wish the customer service was up to par. read more

Step into Pueblo and be transported to a cool sanctuary paradise. At least that was my overwhelming feeling as I opened the door and smelled to sweet plants and moist soil. This shop, in the heart of Garfield, is a must stop for all plant lovers. If you haven't been bitten by the plant bug, Pueblo will convince you otherwise. This gem has a lot of traffic and people are so peaceful and serene in the greenery. Nick at Pueblo was extremely helpful and gave great advice for keeping my new babies too. If you're a plant lover - GET HERE NOW! This adorable little plant shop is located right in Downtown Phoenix and attached to Be coffee, food, and stuff {another amazing spot -why not kill two birds with one stone, eh?). They have so many varieties; from succulents, to cacti, to air plants, to fern, it is truly a plant lover's delight. Unfortunately I wasn't going straight home after I was in the store and didn't want the plants to overheat in my car while in appointments all day but I will DEFINITELY be back to make some purchases! I already have my eye on a few. They had adorable vases too! Their plants also make great gifts for that special someone that is so hard to buy for! See ya soon, Bosque! P.S. I totally can't forget to mention how amazing and knowledgable the sweet lady working was! She literally knew everything about every plant and you're sure to leave knowing exactly how to care for your new plant baby! read more

Super cute shop! Off the beaten path, and a little difficult to find. You wouldn't really know the place exists due to being hidden in a somewhat residential area. Came down to check it out after attending another event nearby, as my friend is also friends with the owner of this business. There are a LOT of plants to choose from! Some very interesting ones to accompany your everyday, common houseplants. Plus, there are a bunch of other little nick-knacks & goodies to browse. As far as prices go- it's on the steep side. I can't say I'd purchase succulents here, as you can definitely get the same ones as Lowe's or other major chains for a fraction of the cost. However, there are some very unique plant varieties here that I can justify the steeper cost. I absolutely could not resist investing in a purple shamrock! I wish they also sold the potting soil, here. But feel it would also be a bit overpriced if that were the case- so I don't mind running elsewhere to get a basic bag of soil. You definitely can buy pots here, though. There isn't a giant variety, but some very cute ones. And at the same time- they also aren't on the cheaper end of the spending spectrum. My roommate got a nice inside plant & opted for one of the ceramic decorative pots, about a 6" pot, and a raw 9x11 Phoenix map print... those 3 items ran $100+ I'd say this is a great little shop for your out of the ordinary, unique plants. And a great place to get some nice gifts for the botany-enthusiast! But with the steeper prices, it isn't a place I could afford to frequent. Well worth a stop in to check it out, though! read more

Pueblo is one those stores that feels like a pinterest board exploded inside of it (in a fantastic way). Although pricey, we immediately fell in love with their large plants. We were able to find cute pots along with the small plants we took home and the best part of all was how knowledgable the sales associate was. Being new plant owners it definitely helped knowing what might kill our pets. When I say 'pricey', I mean upwards of $250 for a 3 and a half foot plant. That's the only reason I'm giving them 4 stars. This might not be a surprise for plant vets, but as newcomers, it's not something we wanted to jump into. read more
