This is for store # 1718 in Atlanta on Campbellton Road . It's a very nice clean store situated in a plaza with all sorts of nice shops .This includes Ardens Garden.
After my second trip I knew I had to leave a review because it's the first Publix I've ever visited where the staff isn't friendly. They're just existing. No one's been rude or anything of the sort . I'm not sure if it's the pandemic. Which certainly can add stress to the equation. I walked all over the store looking for particular items and no one noticed my look of despair like in most Publix stores . At one point I was on an isle with a Publix employee and I was never asked if I was ok or needed any help . Geesh!
I purchase fresh fish every Friday from Publix and the store located near me is so helpful , friendly and I even get a little chit chat . For instance , what are you cooking tonight or some type or jargon . It doesn't have to be to that extinct but gosh ! No personality at all . Trust me , I know it's tough out here today . However , customer service should be a number 1 priority since they're there primarily to serve us . Not in a superior way by no means , but it's your job to help me Publix.
As for as a little positive feedback . The store is clean and everything such as displays look great . The layout of the store makes sense as well . The prices are a bit high , but that's Publix . The poultry looks great and the veggies were fresh . I love veggies and fresh fish .
My fish was yummy as always . When I'm in the area I'll come back to get my fish ,but this time I'll be mentally prepared for the dull staff with no personality. No hello, may I help you . NOTHING ! read more
