I rented 2 large units and a smaller unit inside their facility. Inside storage made my many visits to and from my units much more comfortable during the extreme heat and cold weather since I rented my units for about 18 months even though I went from 2.5 to just one unit during that time. I felt safe going in and out of my storage building at all hours of the night once I entered their secured grounds upon entering my passcode at the gate. I also felt my stored items were secure being in a doubly secured building. There was added passcode security required to enter my building and the lights turned on immediately which made the inside units more desirable to me, especially at night. There was a light in each of my large units also. In addition, there is a long flat cart for storage renters to use for bringing lots of heavy items in and out of my building. As a REALTOR with Platinum Realty, I'm always getting requests for referrals of different service providers. The first time was on account of the latch in the door not having been closed all the way, but the second occurred in spite of everything having been properly secured and bolted down. I have no idea how this is happening or who's doing it, but the security in this place is practically nonexistent: Not only are there no cameras to guard the units themselves (only a few around the perimeter and inside the main thru-way), but I've entered the building at times to find the automatic door standing wide open, allowing anyone to walk in. I should've moved my stuff out of here eons ago, but rest assured that I'll be clearing out now. Avoid.
