Since the new management change it has nothing but rude, inconsiderate, and unfriendly service. My biggest concern is they turn off your ability to pay your bill to make it extremely difficult for you, your unit then falls in default therefore allowing them "legally" (so they have it worked out to be) to auction your unit for a far larger profit. What upsets me, is ALL of the main cameras did NOT pick up any footage of the two stealing my equipment. They cut the fence on the opposite side of the lot and walked all they way to my trailer which was on the other side. The only camera on my side was just a trail/deer camera. Really, This is you camera setup for your security. Also, my monthly rent went up last summer due to they said they hired a full time security officer on site. This security comes in every once in awhile. The is NO FULL TIME SECURITY OFFICER ON SITE. Last summer as well, Someones RV was stolen and recovered in Wentzville. I HIGHLY recommend you DO NOT store your belongings here as they are not equipped with good security or cameras.

Great place and their manager works with you to get you into the right unit. At the time of my rental, they had a half off special for the first few months. Specials vary. I like the convenience of coming in out of the elements to unload. They have a truck you can borrow to load into the facility but your insurance must allow you to drive it. (Mine didn't.) They have equipment to unload your stuff that you can use and there has always been some available. There is even music piped in. I brought both my kids to see this place because I am so pleased after my previous experience. The only thing missing is light within the units. I haven't figured that part out yet. Can be hard when you need to go in and find things.

Property Manager was not available to get a hold of left multiple messages trying to get access made an appointment for the following day online and nobody showed up. Nobody that I could get a hold of could do anything about it I had to tailgate somebody in and tailgate somebody out. It took all day. There is a reason they have so many lockers available.
