It is such a quaint, a little what seems like a small town country store. However, there is literally everything you need inside. We have chickens, dogs, and much more, and there's everything in the store that we could possibly need. Since I did mention, I previously just had surgery I asked the gentleman as soon as I walked in if he didn't mind helping me lift it out to my car. I told him exactly what I needed. He didn't walk me down the aisle. He knew exactly what I needed. He rang me out and brought it to my car and talk to me for about five minutes. I came from a small town in now live in the big city as I feel it is, and this location was so great with customer service, and made me feel like I was back in my small town Forget farm and home we will definitely be coming here for every thing we need from now on! I was in and out within less than two minutes. They even fill propane tanks for you for less than $14.

I won't mention other companies by name in a review for this company, but Midwestern charges $0.50 to $1 more than other companies in the Bellville, IL area. They are also extremely unhelpful when a customerneeds a one time exception made. They will only deliver 200 gallons at once. I am towards the end of my rental agreement for this residence and do not want, or need, 200 gallons but am being forced to buy it anyways. I've also had some unexpected bills due to my pets (vet bills can get high rather quickly). With the high winter price of propane, and the fact I am now being force to buy more than I need, I was forced to make a decision that would either potentially hurt me financially or allow my house to get too cold (potentially letting pipes freeze). The company didn't bother asking what my extenuating circumstances were. They simply told me I should look into payment assistance even though I wouldn't need assistance ein they would just let me order 100 gallons less one time. They do not care about their customers, only their money. I have already contacted another company to see about switching totthem in case I do decide to stay here for another year.

Our account is on Will Call, meaning we call them when we need a delivery. Recently, I noticed a debit from our checking account by Amerigas. We had not requested a delivery. They delivered gas and took money from our account without our authorization. I have since removed our account information for auto payment. This isn't first time they delivered without my request. We recently purchased a house we're renovating. We're not living there, and I called them to inspect the propane tank and appliances. The service tech told me the inspection was free. Then a week or 2 later I got a bill from Amerigas for filling the propane tank! It was 3/4 full. We didn't need a delivery! The customer service rep told me the inspection was only free if we then filled the tank, AND they put the account on auto delivery without my authorization. This is ridiculous! Big business/big bully! Are there any local propane providers left Amerigas hasn't bought out?

The fuel station is 24/hour unmanned credit card only. Well lit and I see law enforcement there…read morequite often so I never feel unsafe. The credit card kiosk is located in between the pumps and is self explanatory they are usually a couple of cents cheaper than the local average.

Only gas & diesel is available & many times that are not the cheapest. (There is no convenience…read morestore or restrooms.) As far as I can tell, you need to be a member to buy any other fuels or oils. OCD people should know that the pumps have no $ readout just gallon.

They have red diesel for equipment, good price, great place to go if the price just took a jump at other stations. If you need a 90 oz soda, no....they don't have that here.
