Called a few hours later to say they were close to my place and would be there soon. Had to call back again to say it was not my day. I was moving 1 month away. They were sorry. Moving day they did not wrap my furniture and put a 7 inch scratch on my dining table. They left 2 big nuts and bolts laying next to my headboard and I have no idea where they go. They did put plastic around one end of my coffee table because I advised them that the top pulled up so you can eat or work on computer and it slid back down. They must have let it flip open and the screws were stripped and could not be fixed. I was only able to screw in a few screws and cannot use it because I'm afraid it will collapse. My mattress was put on upside down and being 70 it was extremely difficult for me to get it off and flip it. The one guy let me know in conversation that his first day on the job he wore flip flops. My friends were right when they said I should have cancelled them when they were a month early and called again to say they were close. I did tell them that night when I got home from work that I was really concerned about still using them. I do not and would not ever recommend them to anyone.

This location seems very big, they sell all kinds of packing accessories inside, such as boxes, blankets, straps, ropes, locks, wraps and a lot more. Prices were normal, not expensive. Actually I checked if Home Depot sold some of the things we needed and at this uhaul location it was cheaper by a few bucks.

I said something like what are you talking about? She replied with her manager has it on video and they already let the truck go out earlier that morning and promptly hung up. I was dumbfounded because I didn't even put the truck in reverse. I pulled into their property, wheee my Uber driver, Brittany, was already there waiting on me, dropped the key through the slot and got in Brittany's car and was driven home. After complaining to U-Haul Corporate, they said they would follow up but I haven't heard from them. I still haven't seen the non-existent video. And to top it all off, I had purchased their $28 Safe Move damage waiver. So even if I had done any damage, I would have been covered. And I am not the type of person to lie about my mistakes. I will happily own them. But I do not appreciate someone falsely accusing me of something I didn't do. If I could give them zero stars, I would. Terrible people. Not sure if one of their employees damaged the truck and is trying to hide it under my contract since I had the damage waiver or what.
