The gentlemen that Sam sent for the move were right on time as promised. These guys broke their backs moving my numerous boxes, couch, tv and bedroom set. I hope that I don't need to make a move anytime soon, but Sam's will be high on my list of people to contact if I need to.

Called a few hours later to say they were close to my place and would be there soon. Had to call back again to say it was not my day. I was moving 1 month away. They were sorry. Moving day they did not wrap my furniture and put a 7 inch scratch on my dining table. They left 2 big nuts and bolts laying next to my headboard and I have no idea where they go. They did put plastic around one end of my coffee table because I advised them that the top pulled up so you can eat or work on computer and it slid back down. They must have let it flip open and the screws were stripped and could not be fixed. I was only able to screw in a few screws and cannot use it because I'm afraid it will collapse. My mattress was put on upside down and being 70 it was extremely difficult for me to get it off and flip it. The one guy let me know in conversation that his first day on the job he wore flip flops. My friends were right when they said I should have cancelled them when they were a month early and called again to say they were close. I did tell them that night when I got home from work that I was really concerned about still using them. I do not and would not ever recommend them to anyone.

He and his team handled each piece if my very large and heavy furniture with the same care and attention i would if i were moving it myself. Not only did i not have a single scratch or knick in anything but i was impressed by the knowledge and experience these guys have. It was incredible to see how fast they moved over sized items through door ways which i was sure could not fit them. These guys really are experts in every sense of the word and i hate to admit it but before using expert movers i really did think all moving companies were the same. Also, they finished 20 minutes ahead of their estimated 5 hours which i thought would be pretty much impossible but they did. Really happy customer

Got everything I needed moved to storage and back quickly and efficiently. The biggest reason I picked them was that they had their own truck. Just about every mover I worked with in past had to rent a U-Haul for the move and that usually cost me extra. Their prices were much better than some of the other local movers. College Hunks estimated $450 for same move, whereas YaYa at Lets Go Moving cost $255. Big difference! I highly recommend them!!!

To preface I have MS and get fatigued and have weakness amongst other things. I did speak with someone in regard to my issue and he offered the day of moving to resend a mover back, however at this point it was after 4 in the afternoon. So I declined as I was already exhausted that day and I didn't want to have to make someone come back out. They did NOT do a walkthrough with me as they are required to do and they also provide you with wardrobe boxes. These boxes are huge. They used one for hanging clothes and instead of asking me about the other boxes( i cannot remember off hand how many total) they proceeded to use those boxes to load other boxes and bags into them to make it easier for themselves instead of asking me what i would like to use them for. I paid almost $1000 for 5 hours of them using me and I will never have use them again nor recommend them. All companies knew I had multiple sclerosis and that I had issues with moving. A refund of some of the money would have been a nice option considering the toll it took on me and the 20 hours in had to put in myself. I also would like to say i drive an SUV and had to fill it multiple times. That's extra mileage and gas. They took their time (they were getting paid) and did not seem to care. Terrible terrible service. The next day I my friend was so upset after seeing all they left behind and called himself and the boss sided w the movers. Refund me some of the cost would have been a nice option considering all of the chaos they caused.

On the plus side, the two guys who came to my house, Ferdinand and Green, hustled from start to finish and it was over 5 hours total for loading, transport and unloading. On the down side, the sales process while smooth and very corporate, lacked some communication with their team on the ground. For example, the booking team specifically said to leave drawers in dressers. The movers were shocked as they would always prefer less weight. Would I use them again? Probably. But I would prefer an actual mover to do the estimate instead of someone over the phone sight unseen. Even a FaceTime or similar video app that would allow for a visual could go a long way towards aligning everyone's expectations.

We are not aware of what they claimed..did they include the fact the driver had to make a stop for gas...didn't travel the fastest route because they were told to stay off the highway.
