I randomly met Lenar when he came to my house to help package up equipment on behalf of a former employer. He was early, quick, and kind that day. And he randomly mentioned that his company also oversees moves. I literally called him three days ago and asked if he might be able to squeeze me in this week. Not only did he accept the job last minute, but he quoted me a very fair and reasonable rate (especially with it being a last minute request). Today the three guys he assigned to the job just finished and I could not be happier. They were all kind, friendly, careful, quick and neat. Hands down my best moving experience ever. They were very fast and efficient and getting the job done quickly. When they move the mattresses, they wrapped them with plastic to protect them. I was very impressed with this procedure. They did exactly what I asked them to do and they were in and out of here in about an hour and a half complete with utmost patience and precision. No headaches, showed up right on time at my door, no worries about broken furniture or anything. I had a large queen bed and large frame, two TVs, a large dresser, large tv stand, and a big sectional. It only took them 40 minutes to move all that stuff out and another 50 to drive over to the new place and get it all set in place. They were professional and very reasonably priced. We will definitely use them again when we move next time!! Only $330 for all of that, and they took cash or check. For comparison, it took movers last year four hours and they were $600 and forgot tools (college dudes moving stuff).

They got my 1bd apt loaded on their truck in about an hour. We met at the house in Jax and they got me unloaded, with everything in the right place, again, in about an hour. The pricing is fair, TRANSPARENT (no hidden fees or extra add on charges at all), and well worth every single dollar. I've only had excellent experiences with the teams that do the heavy lifting, and the office staff is great. I highly recommend this moving company. Mike made the appointment process vary easy and responded in a timely manner at every step of the process, and he followed up with me prior to moving day. It was after business hours so I didn't expect a response until the following day. I did see a couple of generic emails that came in from a couple of larger chains and when I called them, all that I got was a voicemail. Bright Future responded almost immediately and with an email that was specific to my situation and was definitely not a generic response. I called the number provided and the owner, Jeremiah, picked up the phone on the first ring. I talked to him for about 20 minutes and felt immediately comfortable with Jeremiah as he went over every detail and based on the information that I provided, he gave me a very reasonable estimate. He said that they would be there the following morning by 9 am to do the pickup. At 8:00 the following morning, Jeremiah called me to say that he was on his way. His crew showed up by 8:45 and when they finished, they sent me before and after photos of the mess. What company does that without being asked? What company calls ahead of time to let you know that they are on their way? Jeremiah and Bright Future Moving does. I was beyond impressed that this man picked up his phone hours after businesses are closed, gave me 20 minutes of his time and then did everything that he promised to do. The property looks 100% better after Bright Future finished their work. Customer service is almost an oxymoron now and Jeremiah and Bright Future gave me some hope that there are still companies that put customers first. He is a local company who employs local people and it keeps the money in the local community and not going to some corporate office in San Francisco. It's a win/win for everybody looking for their services; You continue to help a small businessman in your area and you get the best customer service that I have seen in many years.
