She resolved the issued and helped me step by step to get me to the payment section after signing the required documents. She was very patient.

The young lady at the office was very nice and completed my lease very quickly. The unit roll up door opened very smoothly, inside unit was clean as well, and the location is convenient. Few things to take note of: 1. They will automatically add their insurance fees with no option to opt out for the first month (1st month is free). Now, If you have your own insurance, you will have to cancel theirs after 1st bill. I guess it's done since they count on clients forgetting to cancel later.. It's just as tricky as auto renewals that I always forget to cancel. 2. Bring your own lock or you will be charged extra - They use a regular pad lock. 3. If you get an indoor unit, DO NOT leave the office before asking for the exact location of your unit, for directions, and which entrance is the closest one. Trust me on that! If not, you'll find yourself lost in a maze, with no signs anywhere and the isles paths makes ZERO sense. There are at least 4 different entrances to this building and I think I walked in and out every single one of them, took multiple different elevators, and moved my car 3 different times trying to locate my unit. It was a great workout for my 72 years old muscles - yes I still have some God bless :) 4. Just as there was no sense with isle path numbers, no sense with the gate code either. Normally storage facilities gate code will be a combination of your unit and last 4 of your phone number. Here it's just a bunch of random numbers so don't lose the sticky note handed from the representative with your code. You will need it for both enter and exit. They really need to have signs on every entrance and inside the building before each isle. They should provide guidance to new clients on how to find their unit as well. There were 2 other people lost in the maze just as I was.

When I visited her and the brand-new facility, I was astounded by the setting, the cost, the clean restrooms, the well-kept units, and the staff's professionalism and friendliness. This location is among the greatest in Wesley Chapel and Land O' Lakes. I absolutely recommend it. The fact that they genuinely care about their clients is what caught my attention. I was impressed by the welcoming atmosphere in the front lobby, which includes coffee, water, pastries, and more. What a wonderful location. P.S. I am shocked to see how negative remarks were made in the previous feedback, with which I absolutely disagree. The gentlemen that Sam sent for the move were right on time as promised. These guys broke their backs moving my numerous boxes, couch, tv and bedroom set. Every item carefully wrapped and professionally handled. Sam was very professional and very quick to answer my questions and address any concerns regarding my move. I hope that I don't need to make a move anytime soon, but Sam's will be high on my list of people to contact if I need to.

He stated that he absolutely had no idea any of this happened nor did his staff inform him about it. Initially, I was livid and accepted all my losses from this so no matter how much he apologized to me, it wasn't going to solve the money I spent to replace my items. However, he took full accountability for his staff and their actions and did not try to make excuses. Not only that, he financially went above and beyond to fix the issue. He was sincere and truly wanted the chance to earn my business back, therefore it was only right for me to update my review and be fair as this business owner works hard to maintain his five star ratings. I love supporting small businesses and it doesn't always turn out with great news in the end, but I'm glad that we were able to come to a mutual agreement in a respectful adult manner. The absolute WORST moving experience ever. I was moving from one bedroom apartment within the same community across the street and had everything boxed up and ready to go except for a total of 7-8 large items such as couch, coffee table and de-assembled bed parts. They called me ahead and arrived right on time which was very promising until the move started. The guy that owns the moving truck is very nice and professional, but the other worker that was with him was nice also, but he was useless and continued to be on his cell phone during this move the entire time until I started picking items up myself to speed things up. He then broke my glass on my coffee table which I was upset about but I know things happen, so I didn't make a deal since they said it will be replaced. Hours later, I noticed my dresser with a huge crack and damaged during and they left items on the truck such as a lamp, curtain rod, and led closet light that I even asked for to be double checked at the end. I had to text the guy multiple times and ask for the items that were found left on the truck. He assured me that the glass will be fixed and he will personally deliver it to me. It's been 2 WEEKS now and I have NOT received my items nor my table. He was a no show two times after promising he will deliver them back to me. Ive called over and over because I have been understanding and reasonable, and not nobody even calls back or texts back. No word on my items and that's considered theft!!!! I called the office and the manager said the owner will get in touch with me... NOTHING!!!! I would NOT recommend using them AT ALL and save yourself the headache of having to pay money to replace items they damage or forget and overcharge by doing a lazy and terribly far less move!!!!! I will update the review IF they stick to their word and bring my items back that they technically stole!

I asked if the furniture would be reassembled as I had heavy bedroom sets as well as an electric couch & loveseat. I even called a week ahead of time to let them know I would be moving most of the boxes to the new house myself - the quote included 50 boxes -to cut some of my costs, and the new house was just across the street. So after the move I was told that several things were missing from the estimate that John visually saw . 3 area rugs that were already wrapped. a dresser, an end table - all in the garage when John came. a small gate (for my dog). and a few other things that were that were there when John gave the estimate. So now the movers also told me that they had to reassemble the furniture, put area rugs down and then move them til customer (me) was satisfied with their placement! i was told this work was all included in my quote. The boxes that had to be moved were a total of 10 as I moved the rest a head of time. So now they tell me it is the time they charge for and not the number of boxes. Needless to say I was very disappointed as the whole thing felt like a scam! Staff is knowledgeable and able to answer questions, provide detailed information about the rental agreement and costs. Very upfront with no hidden fees. We were moving from NJ to FL and needed a place to store our furniture until we found a place to rent. We reserved a unit and got a great deal. They showed us the unit which was very clean. As it turns out we found a place to rent sooner than expected and needed to cancel the reservation and it could not have been easier. I would highly recommend The Storage Center in Port Richey.
