Needed some packing supplies. Daniel was incredibly helpful. Will definitely be back if I need more packing supplies.

Unfortunately, I don't like to leave bad reviews, but the bad management didn't give me a choice…read more I am a small business owner, and I use my storage unit for my business supplies. Let me start from the beginning. Before I signed any paperwork, the manager showed me everything that was available, and I chose the size I needed. Everything seemed good and smooth, so I decided to rent the unit. The second day, I came to my unit and found a homeless person across from my unit playing extremely loud music. I have never heard music that loud in a storage facility before. The person was drinking and did not seem to care about the people around him. I went to the office and asked the manager if he could please ask him to turn the music down. Unfortunately, the loud music was so bad that it even affected my ears. Then, on the third day , I came back and found that they were working on the storage facility and doing some kind of surface work. That was not even my main issue, but I needed to get to my unit to pick up supplies for my business. I asked the manager if I could go to my unit, and he told me no and said I could come back the next day because the area was closed. That is ridiculous for someone running a small business. How am I supposed to tell my customers to wait until tomorrow because I cannot access my business supplies? That caused me to lose a business day. I came back again, and the same person was playing extremely loud music, especially after he saw me. He also had an aggressive dog. The dog was walking around off and on the leash and almost attacked me. At that point, I felt unsafe. I went to the manager again and explained that I either needed them to find me another unit or let me cancel and refund me for the days I had not used. He told me they do not have available units and they not give refunds. So what am I supposed to do? Deal with this situation for the entire month? If management is unable or unwilling to address someone creating an unsafe and disruptive environment, that is a serious problem for customers. I feel like I was put into a situation where I signed the agreement, and now I am stuck paying for a storage unit that I have barely been able to use for three days. Instead of trying to help me find a solution, the manager basically told me that it was up to me if I wanted to take my things and leave. That is not the kind of response I expect from a professional manager. Another issue is the access hours. I did not realize before signing the agreement that this storage facility closes at 6:45 PM. Other storage facilities are open until 10 PM, and some even offer 24-hour access. For someone running a small business, closing at 6:45 PM makes it very difficult to drop off or pick up supplies when needed. This has been a very frustrating experience. I do not recommend this storage facility for small business owners who need reliable and safe access to their tools or supplies. I am now stuck paying for a full month even though I have only been able to use the unit for a few days and have already experienced multiple problems. I would strongly recommend looking for another storage facility with better management, safer conditions, and more convenient access hours.
