I gave this place hell when I first moved in but they handled me with professionalism none-the-less. At the time, it irritated me how smooth they handled my unnecessary rude-ass. Terrible. Keep raising the rent on my storage for the 3rd time. What once was 115 storage is now 314. They tell you month to month basis then after a year they raise the rent on the space. read more

The elevators are constantly broken, which makes it extremely difficult to get items up to your storage or out of storage. The stairs door is left open & ajar so anyone can go thru the doors which is extremely UNSAFE. (I came in about 2 months ago & was informed someone PEED in the hallway & it was just left there...What is going on??? Fix the elevators!!! We are paying our monthly dues, this is unacceptable. read more

If i could i would give 0 stars, They're thieves here especially the manager at this location. she has her boyfriend or male relative sit with her behind the desk and lets him take pictures of customer credit/debit card information. I'm starting off with three stars. This is only my second day renting a unit through public storage. I didn't have any problems other than the lack of dollies I understand it's a courtesy, but with the amount of traffic more than two dollies should be accessible to the public. You end up spending more time waiting for a dollie than you do unloading/loading your items. read more

So far as a new customer with Public Storage all has been great. Reserving a space to signing contract was a breeze. I did everything online and went to put things in storage with them sending instructions and how to by email. Easiest process in receiving something in a long time. Can't never connect to someone when calling directly to this office and I call during business hours. I leave messages to call and they never do and there recording even says "Please leave a message and we will probably call you back". Wow, I guess there's no lie in that statement. I also tried the toll free number and the same thing happens when opt to being connected to this store, no one ever answers! But most importantly is receiving my invoice and my rental fee when up without any prior notice. Not happy customer at all!!!! read more

Worst facility I've ever had to deal with. Unorganized, does not communicate with each other or customers, no notification of closing down AT ALL after the hurricane. Denies responsibility for their mistakes and overcharges customers. I wish I could say this was only post-Harvey but that doesn't explain their prior negligence. read more

Price better than other places. Entry/exit point to drive vehicle through is a bit narrow but other than that it's ok. The storage unit itself is just what we needed. The office person, Bianca was very helpful and nice to work with. read more
