It went to 300 dollars a month for about a year with no other options given. We used a tiny space of the unit but that didn't matter to them. They didn't negotiate any other options, toys remained in the until maybe worth 300 when we were charged 300 for a year month after month. I would never give them business or recommend business again. What started out as a compassionate business quickly gave us the cold shoulder. Just sad.

We found this location for my mom to store her things. Location is convenient and the place was…read moreclean. We got everything moved in and had plenty of space. It's climate controlled and very secure. We had an issue: the entry system is dual. You have to load everything into the room, then close the first door to the outside before you can open the door to get into the facility. This prevents both doors from being open at the same time. The power to the facility went out and we had all the stuff loaded in the first section and couldn't get the door to close. It took about 30 mins for the power to come back on. We were unable to reach anyone to help with the situation which was on a Sunday. Would have been upset to have to move all the stuff back into the truck. There was no way to get inside with the big furniture.
