They didn't negotiate any other options, toys remained in the until maybe worth 300 when we were charged 300 for a year month after month. It's climate controlled and very secure. We had an issue: the entry system is dual. You have to load everything into the room, then close the first door to the outside before you can open the door to get into the facility. This prevents both doors from being open at the same time. The power to the facility went out and we had all the stuff loaded in the first section and couldn't get the door to close. It took about 30 mins for the power to come back on. We were unable to reach anyone to help with the situation which was on a Sunday. Would have been upset to have to move all the stuff back into the truck. There was no way to get inside with the big furniture.
