I had booked a storage space at "Right Space Storage" on Northeastern Blvd in Nashua. I arrived and…read morestarted the process at the reception desk, with the moving truck with all of my things following shortly after. The guy that helped me was extremely slow but also rude: he answered the phone and helped another customer in the middle of helping me, knowing I had a time constraint (my house was closing the next day and I had to clean). He told me it was his "5th day working behind this desk." Not a good start. He asked me which moving company I was using, apparently Right Space and College Bound Movers are the same company. He told me to have my moving truck pull into the loading dock where another truck was currently parked, once they pulled away. Mind you, there was 2 other empty loading docks available. He then sent someone to move the truck but they came back stating the "battery was dead." Supposedly they were going to jump it. Behind the check-in desk, there was a large screen with live video feed of the multiple security cameras placed around the building. I watched as 2 guys went outside with a machine to jump the truck but instead of doing so, they walked around and milled about for a solid 5 minutes before I asked the guy behind the desk what the hell they were doing. My paperwork still wasn't finished at this point, nor had a I signed anything, thank goodness. One of the Trend Moving guys called me from the truck and asked what was going on. I'm pretty sure he could sense my frustration as I told him and he offered their storage space, telling me he would call their office immediately and find out if they could just head to their facility with the truck instead. I agreed to find out what the availability/cost was, and he immediately called me back. He asked that I step outside to speak to him (which was extremely professional...NOT like the guy behind the desk at Right Space), which was when I discovered that the Right Space Storage at this particular location had done this to Trend Moving Company 4 times previously. Because the Storage facility knows that Trend Moving has 5 star reviews and charges by the hour, they stage this "dead battery" truck, thereby forcing the moving company bill to increase by the minute and hope that the customer writes a poor review about their competition. My mind was blown. Trend Moving Company knew I was stressing hard about the time and offered to store my belongings at their facility while allowing me to sign everything there on the spot so I could go back to the house and finish. I immediately agreed and couldn't be happier that I did so. It was the most seamless, stress free process!!! When I was leaving, I made it a point to drive by the truck with the dead battery, hoping to find some staff from Right Space Storage trying to jump the truck. Sure enough, only one of the guys was still out there, standing in the corner of the building smoking a cigarette. I definitely advise anyone looking for a storage space to KEEP LOOKING!!! If they are this conniving towards their competition, who knows what they'd do with your stuff?!

However the second I stepped into Absolute Self Storage in Milford, NH, I knew I had found the absolute right place! The Building is very Unique, and having the option of heated versus non heated units was definitely a necessity. As well as knowing that everything was very secure and under surveillance made my decision an easy one. Not to mention the Super cool old fashion freight elevator with it's iron grates. (add's a kinda James Bond character feeling to the place) :) Not to mention the owner Chris is such a kind man to work with. If you are ever in need of a place to store your belongings, I would Absolutely give them a call. I stored my things here for 6 years and I would do it in a heartbeat if I had to again.

I initially did some moving…read morecompanies comparisons, and ultimately decided on Mozart as the background office staff was informative, courteous, professional and timely, and they answered all of my questions, that is a feat in itself. The movers made contact when they were en route to my location, and showed up on time. All three of the movers introduced themselves, and post my tour of what they needed to move, they went to work. Our move was sizeable 3bd apt in a house to a 2bd smaller townhouse. They disassembled, reassembled, and arranged furniture in the most effective configuration. They were real people who truly cared about the job they did. They also understood how stressful moving is. My move took 6 hours and they were moving the entire time. Nothing broken and they were a super effective team. (hopefully no time soon...the process of moving bites) If I ever need movers again Mozart Movers are going to be my choice. Everyone I interacted with at the company was helpful and professional…read more I received a quote from their estimator who was knowledgeable about the moving business and gave me lots of information about how best to pack and prepare for the move. On moving day, four men arrived smiling and ready to go. They introduced themselves and off they went. They worked quickly and efficiently but were pleasant and friendly every step of the way. I needed to store my household over night and have my furniture and boxes delivered to the new house the next day after closing. When I arrived at the new house, they were there waiting for me. As they were unloading, they regularly checked in with me to ask where I wanted things and if I was undecided, they were patient and gave me a few minutes to decide. They also paid attention to how the boxes were labeled and got them into the right rooms. This made unpacking much easier for me since I didn't need to resort boxes after they left. Given how stressful moving can be, these folks made it as easy as they could.

Everything was just 150 in fact I think I'm gonna hide these people if they do moving cause I wasn't happy with the people that I had moved me they soaked me for close to $1700 when they quoted me 1200 max and then they came up with all these excuses. They had three guys I had things packed of unpacking it. I don't know the company name is all my son so be with them. They know I'm upset but they soaked me and I even gave a tip to the three guys Sam or we'll get you down probably a good two to $300. Well I gave them 150 so I lost out a lot of money I'm learning but then again I've only moved twice in my life so what did I know?

Do NOT use this moving company if you are looking for reliable movers…read more We booked them 2 1/2 weeks prior to our move and confirmed the move the night before. An hour and a 1/2 before they were supposed to arrive, I received a text stating that their truck would not start and that they could not do the move that day but offered to come on Monday. I was frantic because we did not have flexibility in our move and it had to be done that weekend. It took me 3 calls to actually speak with someone. I emphasized to Grayson, one of the owners, our lack of flexibility and begged him to consider renting a truck. He said he would look into this, however, over the next two hours I heard nothing from him, despite trying to call him numerous times. I finally received another text stating that he would not be able to come that day but was trying to call another company for us. We never heard from him again! After hours of panic and 100s of calls, we eventually found another company willing to do the move last minute for an exorbitant price. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional and unreliable moving company before. I understand that things happen but a professional company would attempt to rectify it and also would actually call you and answer your calls. Moving is stressful enough, you do NOT need a moving company that just doesn't show up!
