Janice is very customer service focused and a pleasure to deal with. I no longer needed my storage unit so I had moved my items out over the weekend. Janice called me on Monday to tell me that she had noticed my unit was empty. I told her that I would be by to sweep out the unit and fill out paperwork and she said no need to do that.
