My experience with Vivian was fantastic! She is courteous, friendly and professional. She is a…read morerare find in customer service these days. I worked with her twice. The first time I had my daughter with me and when we were leaving I said to my daughter "Wow!, that lady should be running her own business training people in customer service etiquette!" I think she is amazing. My daughter thought she was an angel. I've been back and forth to my unit several times and my daughter kept looking for Vivian's car. It was not there. My daughter was convinced she was angel! Until I had to open up another unit and she was there! I was so glad to pull up and see Vivian's car! Unfortunately my daughter was not with me. I was selling my house and buying a new one in just a few more days and was stressed and pressed for time but immediately felt peace because I knew she is good at her job and I was not going to take on any added stress for incompetence. What an amazing person! If you ever meet her and I hope you do, she will always have a positive attitude and a positive feeling toward you! Thank you Vivian!

However the second I stepped into Absolute Self Storage in Milford, NH, I knew I had found the absolute right place! The Building is very Unique, and having the option of heated versus non heated units was definitely a necessity. As well as knowing that everything was very secure and under surveillance made my decision an easy one. Not to mention the Super cool old fashion freight elevator with it's iron grates. (add's a kinda James Bond character feeling to the place) :) Not to mention the owner Chris is such a kind man to work with. If you are ever in need of a place to store your belongings, I would Absolutely give them a call. I stored my things here for 6 years and I would do it in a heartbeat if I had to again.

I originally called a competitor and got patched through to a customer service person on the other side of the country. It was nice to talk to somebody local at Mi-box who knows the area. Their staff is very responsive to calls and patient to walk you through the process. I would highly recommend MI-Box to anybody. I would have given more than five stars if it were possible. They sent a guy to come out with his sweatpants hanging off below his backside , kept losing my phone number and EM, never opened my texts for addresses, came late and in total confusion. They quoted $18k, because he told me he originally he thought Arizona was next to Florida; when he looked at the map and realized where AZ was, the price doubled. Run, do not walk from this company.
