On moving day, four men arrived smiling and ready to go. They introduced themselves and off they went. They worked quickly and efficiently but were pleasant and friendly every step of the way. I needed to store my household over night and have my furniture and boxes delivered to the new house the next day after closing. When I arrived at the new house, they were there waiting for me. As they were unloading, they regularly checked in with me to ask where I wanted things and if I was undecided, they were patient and gave me a few minutes to decide. They also paid attention to how the boxes were labeled and got them into the right rooms. This made unpacking much easier for me since I didn't need to resort boxes after they left. Given how stressful moving can be, these folks made it as easy as they could.

Their response is they can give me a spot at a different location at a rate of over 40% more per month. They wouldnt even honor the price confirmed by their system the night befor. The first mishap I had was when I was initially reserving and paying for my unit online and one of the employees decided to call me and tell me that I had to do it over the phone. This resulted in me getting charged twice for my first month, that was supposed to be free, I did end up getting I'm free and the extra charge was just applied to my next months rent. I've had a unit for probably six months and I still can't pay it online because they say I don't have a unit with them. Definitely don't go walking around because you're going to realize how disgusting the place is... between dead mice, animal droppings, and pure laziness on the employees behalf, the facility looks as though it has never been swept or even walked through. For the price I pay monthly, I should not have mouse droppings INSIDE my unit. I should not see the same trash and filth in the hallways. And damn! I SHOULD BE ABLE TO USE A CART WHENEVER I WANT FOR MY CONVENIENCE. If you can't trust your customers, the people that pay the employees, then you shouldn't be in this type of business. My wife and I opened 2 storage units in Salem NH, 03079 on October 1, 2024. On October 14, 2024 we…read morerealized the 2 units would not be adequate so we requested to cancel the units and move into 2 larger units. We were told that the process is to cancel the smaller units, our money, over $2000, would be refunded within 15 days. Once cancelled we were able to get 2 larger units. At that point we had to pay for those right away. Well, now it's January 15, 2025 and we have still not received a refund for 1 of the 2 units. We have talked to the store manager, Joanne Viera. She has written several tickets (problem reports) but has not been successful in getting a response. I called customer service and also asked Dawn to put in a report. I never heard back from anyone and have not received a refund. I want to state that Joanne Viera has tried to help us but has not been successful. At one point she was told that a check was mailed to us (that what she was told when she inquired about the check). That never happened. It was never mailed. I would not recommend this facility based on customer support or the lack thereof.

I visited other storage facilities and Security systems at Littleton Stirage are above and beyond anything I had seen, not to mention the location is across the street from Littleton PD. Regardless of the time of night, the outside cameras, lighting and strict building access made me feel safe. Cleanliness: immaculate. My personal standards regarding cleanliness were born from shipboard life in the Navy and a 30 year career as a Registered Nurse in medical facilities. Littleton Storage sets the industry standard. At no point did I ever see any signs of rodent or insect infestation. Final point and this was important to me. My need to move came about unexpectedly and I was in a very fragile emotional state. Lisa and Peter, who are almost always there during business hours were very kind and patient with me at all times. I will miss them both.
