Prior to this location, I was using Extra Space Storage in Kingston NH. Unfortunately their pricing was astronomical and the management team was an absolute disgrace. When I contacted SROA - Plaistow, I was welcomed with open arms. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone as they have all sorts of storage options to choose from.

The room isn't even 10x10! It's actually 9x10. This is what these scumbag companies do. Once you have all your stuff in there they raise the rates hoping it's too inconvenient for you to move to another facility. Thank god I only have a few items in there and can easily be moved. I just found another place right down the street for $80. I'm out!

One telling us we had till 9 to move stuff from one unit to another without being charged and another told us we had till 6 or we'd be charged for a full month.

There are hidden fees when you are quoted a price, admin fees and up front cleaning fees. I have…read morerented from them for 4 months, after 3 months they went up 10 bucks to $209.00(beacause an increase in costs), however right after my price increase I had a friend called for info on the same type of unit I have and they quote him the original price of $199.00. I spoke to another person who rents a unit near mine, he has rented with them for almost a year and they have increased his price 3 times. Gotcha business ethics here.
