Regardless of the time of night, the outside cameras, lighting and strict building access made me feel safe. Cleanliness: immaculate. My personal standards regarding cleanliness were born from shipboard life in the Navy and a 30 year career as a Registered Nurse in medical facilities. Littleton Storage sets the industry standard. At no point did I ever see any signs of rodent or insect infestation. Final point and this was important to me. My need to move came about unexpectedly and I was in a very fragile emotional state. Lisa and Peter, who are almost always there during business hours were very kind and patient with me at all times. I will miss them both.

They dropped off the new bins at the start of the road, not the end of our driveway, and my heart sank. I gave them a call immediately and the guy who was talking to me was perfectly reasonable and explained that they were uncertain about if they could fit into the road. After explaining that the other trash companies my neighbors use always are able to drive in, they were okay with coming to the end of our driveway to pick up our weekly trash and recycling. We have not been using this company long, but I am very satisfied so far with their on-time pickups and the way they handled this situation. I understand that there may be difficulties down the road when the weather isn't so nice, but it's good to know we are dealing with communicative reasonable people, and I hope we won't have to switch.

Getting both spaces cleared out so we could finally use them again -- and at such a reasonable price -- was a huge weight off my shoulders. I often joke it's some of the best money we've ever spent. The crew that packed & cleaned out our home left huge holes in walls, broke furniture, & left a significant amount of furniture & belongings behind. Taran (the supervisor) was informed by the lead for the crew & did nothing to pro active correct the issues - instead choosing to ignore it & be annoyed when we discovered it. Move in day was slightly better however even after personally speaking with the owner, Paul, about our experience, they knowingly delivered furniture broken beyond repair & simply said nothing. Picture frames were broken, scratches left in things. The owner Paul displayed severely unethical practices when he literally delivered an unusable desk to me & acknowledged to us that he was aware it was beyond repair. Yet chose to have his crew wrap it up & deliver it without a word. A pack of true Vikings would have done a better job.
