I visited other storage facilities and Security systems at Littleton Stirage are above and beyond anything I had seen, not to mention the location is across the street from Littleton PD. Regardless of the time of night, the outside cameras, lighting and strict building access made me feel safe. Cleanliness: immaculate. My personal standards regarding cleanliness were born from shipboard life in the Navy and a 30 year career as a Registered Nurse in medical facilities. Littleton Storage sets the industry standard. At no point did I ever see any signs of rodent or insect infestation. Final point and this was important to me. My need to move came about unexpectedly and I was in a very fragile emotional state. They didn't have any discounts to offer, but the value of the spaces I rented was well worth it. I had also rented U-Haul trucks when they used to have them. They don't have them anymore, but my experience with their trucks was seamless and easy. I was able to get all my stuff moved in and the truck returned in one day. This Storage Facility is the best one I have ever been the customer of.

The building was secure and there were cameras everywhere. Driving around it and parking were easy, and the units are relatively easy to find. The GM, Laura, gave me a tour and helped me pick the right size unit for me (a smaller one). Laura also made sure I had no trouble getting in the building with my personal security code. Signing the agreement was quick and easy and Laura was patient and knowledgeable, answering all my questions. I'll update this again after my lease term is up, but I don't anticipate any problems based on what I saw.

Move in day was slightly better however even after personally speaking with the owner, Paul, about our experience, they knowingly delivered furniture broken beyond repair & simply said nothing. Picture frames were broken, scratches left in things. The owner Paul displayed severely unethical practices when he literally delivered an unusable desk to me & acknowledged to us that he was aware it was beyond repair. Yet chose to have his crew wrap it up & deliver it without a word. A pack of true Vikings would have done a better job.

My 19yr old Son, who never took a day off prior, asked for a day off to say goodbye to his terminally grandfather in Boston (my Dad) ...who was the best Dad and Papa in the world (imo). Zach Ellis told him if he took the day off, he cant work there anymore and replied to him with text messages that made my skin curl. The text exchange, which I will share at a later date, is so offfensive that it made my mom (the widow) cry. How can anyone, business owner or otherwise, have this much greed and lack of human empathy. I have friends of mine that worked for the Ellis's years ago and it was a reputable business that cared about there employees and customers. There was no damage to any of my belongings and nothing went 'missing', as had happened years ago with another moving company out of Acton. My furniture was fully wrapped with clean, quilted blankets, while other crew members moved items, , and the crew chief organized items being placed in the truck. Everyone had primary responsibilities and all crew members helped lift and carry. iIt was great witnessing such a hard working, disciplined team.
