My husband and I decided to buy into the whole storage world, because we really just couldn't part with our daughter's baby clothing and toys (we keep hoping for another baby to come along). However, we couldn't keep her things, along with other things like seasonal decorations, in the our townhouse. We just don't have the storage room. We checked out the place. It was clean, well-managed, air-conditioned, and secured. They offered various sizes to suit our needs. We opted for the smallest size storage unit, which is a decent size. 5x5, 25 sq ft. The largest unit is bigger than some people's townhouses. LOL! It's about 300 sq ft. It was easy to purchase a unit. That same day we inquired we signed for our unit. The lady that helped us was super helpful and friendly. She didn't pressure us at all. I really like how secured the place is. At the front desk, you could see all the security cameras. They also give you this magnetic key that'll grant you entrance into the facility. You can also punch a pass code in their key pad. Of course, my husband and I can't remember for the life of us what that code is. So we pretty much depend on that key. Great storage place. Just wish the hours were a little more flexible. M-F is 8AM - 6:30PM. Sat - Sun 8AM - 4PM. I guess I'm random like that where I want something I stored at 8 PM on a Sunday night.

My review is about the move in process and what they offer compared to the last place. The last place was Hawaii self storage on Lauwiliwili St in Kapolei. What a difference! This place has electronic doors that open in to the building whereas the other place has a very heavy door that you are trying to prop open with your shoulder while getting your moving trolly in or out of the door. My It was upon move out of my old place that i realized how much I hated going there. It was so hard to move things in or out. This place was a breeze. They have lots of trollies whereas the old place only has one and it sounds like a barking seal. My 5' x 7' unit has carpet whereas my old unit was just concrete. Same size unit for $70 less a month. The office staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I just needed a facility between town and Makaha. This place is minutes off H1/H2. I would highly recommend.

Found rat shit and piss in my unit on top of my stuff and on the floor. I even talked to people that was there that are on the same floor as me and they have the same issue and they even found dead rats in their unit. Check my photos of the rat shit. Signed up with them for a new customer promotional price of $174 for the first two months then after that it's $348 a month. Well I did the first two months for $174 then the third month for $348 now for the 4th month they jacked the price up to $447. That is crazy for them to do that. I do not recommend this place. That's bad business to be doing that. My other place I had before raised their prices too but compared to Securespace Self Storage. The amount Securespace Self Storage raised their prices by in a month took my old storage place took over 8 years of raising prices to get to the same amount. I feel those negative reviews were meant for another company and mistaken for this one. I only say that because of how my items were packed. They used different materials from those negative photo reviews. Worldwide Moving & Storage packed me out in August. I just got my shipment delivered. There was NO damage! You hear all these horror stories about moves, but to my understanding, things do happen. I did mentally prepare myself that some things might get damaged a little since it's going over seas. But I was shocked! My overall experience was wonderful. It all started with the office ladies, everyone I spoke to was so friendly and helpful. I had so many questions since this was my first over sea move. I was very nervous and anxious. The crew members that packed me out were very patient and understanding with my demands. I had to apologize to them and explained how nervous I was. They made me laugh and feel comfortable. They took care of all my big fragile items (like my glass tv stand shelf) and used cardboard plus the brown paper to give it extra protection. They disassembled my bigger furniture and wrapped everything in that brown paper and for my smaller items they wrapped them in a white paper and placed them in boxes. Everything was labeled by room and made it so easy for me when it got delivered. The office even gave me a courtesy call the day before just reminding me about my move and gave me an ETA.
