When your there for more then 5 min or you actually working in storage it gets hot very quickly. It is NOT air conditioned. There are no lights inside the units, like other places, but if you run an extension chord out to the ceiling outlets (according to my neighboring unit) to see what your doing in there, management has a problem. My Units price was raised multiple times in the first year and they said they informed me by email but I never did find it. So I would watch out for that. However the staff is friendly and when I complained they dropped the price back down a little bit. It is a newer looking facility, seems to me to be well organized and the area is nice and rarely crowded. I think if you're in the area this would be a good short term option. But if like me and end up needing to keep your things for a longer period maybe not.

My husband and I decided to buy into the whole storage world, because we really just couldn't part with our daughter's baby clothing and toys (we keep hoping for another baby to come along). However, we couldn't keep her things, along with other things like seasonal decorations, in the our townhouse. We just don't have the storage room. We checked out the place. It was clean, well-managed, air-conditioned, and secured. They offered various sizes to suit our needs. We opted for the smallest size storage unit, which is a decent size. 5x5, 25 sq ft. The largest unit is bigger than some people's townhouses. LOL! It's about 300 sq ft. It was easy to purchase a unit. That same day we inquired we signed for our unit. The lady that helped us was super helpful and friendly. She didn't pressure us at all. I really like how secured the place is. At the front desk, you could see all the security cameras. They also give you this magnetic key that'll grant you entrance into the facility. You can also punch a pass code in their key pad. Of course, my husband and I can't remember for the life of us what that code is. So we pretty much depend on that key. Great storage place. Just wish the hours were a little more flexible. M-F is 8AM - 6:30PM. Sat - Sun 8AM - 4PM. I guess I'm random like that where I want something I stored at 8 PM on a Sunday night.
