I reserved a unit online and was required to upload my driver's license. I tried more than a dozen times and the system would not accept it. I then called the Coral Way location and spoke directly with a staff member, who asked me to email my ID to her. She confirmed she received it while I was on the phone, told me everything was set, and provided me with my gate code and storage unit number. A week later, my daughter went to the facility on a Sunday with a full car, ready to unload and the gate code did not work. Since the office was closed, the call center answered. They told me the issue was that my ID was never uploaded. I explained the entire situation, including that the onsite employee had received my ID and issued the gate code and unit number. They even contacted the district manager and claimed the issue was "fixed." After 45 minutes of back-and-forth, the gate code still never worked. I requested a refund the following Monday. It has now been over a week and a half (almost two weeks), and I still have not received my deposit. I keep getting the runaround with no resolution. This experience was disorganized, frustrating, and completely unreliable. I strongly advise anyone considering this location to stay away. I truly feel like I dodged a major bullet. KEEP AWAY I have contacted the office directly multiple times. All with no results.

Due to closing issues, I had to push my move date Back 2 days. He said he'd be able to do it in the afternoon and that he would be there between 2:00 and 3:00pm depending on how the job before mine went. They wanted to push it to the next day but I insisted we had to do it that day because literally all of our stuff was packed and ready to go. I ordered one truck and two movers for our two bedroom, one bath duplex. My fiance and I did a lot of moving before they even arrived, essentially just leaving the furniture for them and some boxes. Their attitude seemed Brusque but it was probably because they were just tired from however many moves they had that day. They wrapped most of my furniture carefully with blankets, but I must say I was not pleased with the way that they moved my grandfather clock. The second mover, Alex, said "well this is fragile" when looking at my clock. I was like yes that's why I hired Movers. They didn't even know you had to take the pendulum out of the clock when moving it. They refused to take my very small TV off of the wall, and told me they would have to charge extra for that which I have never heard before. That was frustrating. They made a dent in my baseboard and scratched a lot of paint in my newly painted residence, and then gave me attitude when I asked when they were going to fix it. He then begrudgingly said that he would send somebody over Saturday to fix it. That guy was nice and did an okay job. They worked very hard but I think it would have gone faster with three movers. It would have been nice to have a discount since they were over 3 hours late also. I'm not sure if I would use them again, but I'm glad that we are finally in our new place with the damage fixed (aside from the clock).

When I left the facility I completed a full walkthrough with the warehouse manager who signed off on the unit and confirmed it was left in perfect condition. Despite this clear confirmation Hive Hub still withheld part of my deposit. I have contacted Hive Hub more than ten times attempting to resolve this issue and received little to no response. On top of that they were months past the appropriate deadline for returning the security deposit. Due to the lack of response and accountability I will be pursuing this matter with the state of Florida. This reflects very poor business practices and my experience appears consistent with other reviews describing similar situations. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before doing business with Hive Hub.

My company moved into HiveHub on March 1st and eventually upgraded to a larger warehouse unit as we grew. Throughout our entire stay, we were never once late on rent and operated in good faith the entire time. We vacated our warehouse unit at the end of August, and as of early December, we still have not received our security deposit refund. This is after months of follow-ups, repeated promises from management, and multiple assurances that payment was already "on the way." Every update pushed the timeline out further with no clarity, no proof of processing, and ultimately no refund sent at all. Operationally, there were also challenges during our time here. Management leased one of the spaces to a last-mile delivery operation, which meant the parking lot and loading area were constantly filled with personal vehicles picking up packages. This made it extremely difficult to find dock space or unload trucks, something any warehouse-based business needs to rely on consistently. For context, I've leased space with ReadySpaces and Saltbox, and both returned deposits quickly and professionally. I have never dealt with deposit issues or operational congestion like this with any other warehouse provider. If you are a small business, startup, e-commerce seller, or logistics operation that values professionalism, transparency, and basic operational reliability, I would strongly caution you before choosing HiveHub. The combination of delayed communication, operational obstacles, and a still-unreturned security deposit has made this a very disappointing experience. I hope management improves their processes, but based on what I've experienced firsthand, I cannot recommend them to other businesses.

It took over 2 weeks for them to deliver our items. 3. We were missing SEVERAL boxes 4. Our Curved TV was damaged. This after THEIR workers removed my 5" foam packaging and replaced it with their cardboard box & taped it up. After breaking it and rendering it unusable they stated WE packed the tv so it released them of accountability and they refused to pay for the damage. The truth is THEY removed my more than adequate packaging and re packed it with their own and they will be held accountable after small claims court hears our case. 5. They somehow damaged a very heavy and antique metal table so the frame is uneven and the glass shelves wobbles so the table is also unusable like the tv. They insulted us with a $60.00 offer and then insulted us with saying we didn't deserve that and they were being "nice" by offering the $60.00 My advice would be NEVER to use this company but if you do TAKE PICTURES OF EVERYTHING YOU PACK and TAKE PHOTOS OF THE CONTENTS OF EACH BOX because they either are thieves and go through the items they transport and if they see something they like they take it or THEY ARE JUST THAT INCOMPETENT, LAZY, UNCARING and UNTRUSTWORTHY.
