There was a lady there, but they always say the receipt will be sent to your email. I did not get a receipt sent to my email. They cannot say that it came to my number because it didn't. The first receipt I have received was today. So I'm trying to understand how I'm being charged a late fee when I returned the U-Haul last week and I'm just now receiving my receipt.

This facility appeared to truly be a decent storage facility for the price AND access. We rented…read moreour 10x15 unit on Thursday and could not get into on Saturday. We drive 4 hours and loaded our 26' truck and drive back expecting to get into our unit. To our surprise we couldn't get into the gate (after accessing it on Thursday). We couldn't turn around. Had to drop our car dolly to even get out of the parking lot. After multiple attempts we couldn't even get into them gate. You can't even wait for anyone. Don't worry about calling their little customer service line because you will not get any help on Sunday. And when we came back Monday the gentleman acted like it was not an inconvenience or an issue that we couldn't access the unit. They weren't interested in accommodations by any means - we just wanted them to pay for the extra 2 days we had to pay for our truck Rental because their system malfunctioned. Or at least accommodate the cost with a month- after all it is their malfunction. We watched other people access the gate while we were getting our 26' out of the way. As a custom service professional- this is just ridiculous. You should be more than accommodating when your system is the problem. When we did come back on Monday the guy told us they would have to check with the district manager and neither the district manager nor anyone from the call center has returned our call as of 10:15 Wednesday. Ultimately had to go find another storage unit. They do have a gate surrounding the location that is electric. Update: the DM did finally return our call (Friday) after my review and we provided more information. After a few "explanations" from her - the resolution is to refund the amount spent for the unit rented. And to take my review down.... I won't take my review down because the facts are the facts and I'd still recommend anyone to go elsewhere based on our experience - which must have been isolated according to her.

All of a sudden there were discounts and price matching available. I was pushed to make a decision and make a down payment right then to "hold my price with personal discounts" attached to my agent. I asked for the quote to be emailed to me so I could compare all the quotes I had side by side. I then decided a couple days later to use a different option. Oyt of courtesy I responded to the agent I had dealt witch's email informing them of that. For the next 2 weeks a different agent blew up my phone, calling, emailing and texting often all three every day. I ignored all of it. Then today the comoany phone number popped up on my phone again. Imagine, it was my first agent I I formed her I had made a different choice and emailed her that information over a week ago. She ( again very rudely, dismissively and aggressively l)informed me they would price match any quote and that she "never received" my email. I said I was happy with my choice and asked to be removed from the call list. She promptly hung up on me. Never never will I consider using this company after my experiences. Quite frankly I also have concerns about a company that advertises themselves as "bargain" when original quotes come in well over market price of other companies not making that claim.
