By far the best moving company I've had the privilege of moving with!. Let's start from the beginning, the owner Craig is a great guy that came to my house personally to knock out a quote. He was approachable and nice, allowing for the initial meeting to go extremely well. As a whole the company is very military friendly (I'm a vet)and Craig took an immediate interest in making our move as easy as possible. On my moving day the guys showed up fifteen minutes early ( and it was 8am!!) that I was shocked that they were even on time (most other places come 30 minutes late!). The guys got right to work and not once complained, they were consummate professionals throughout the entire day. I'm the kind of guy that can't sit by and let other grown men move his stuff, but these guys didn't skip a beat every time I was going to jump in they showed that it wasn't a big deal and that they had no problem getting the job 100 percent done!. Even after going down a flight of stairs and then back up a new set of stairs at my new home they were nothing but smiles, and dedicated to getting the job done. In these uncertain times, they made the day easy and worry free. At the end of it all I even asked for a favor outside of what I had paid for and once again not one guy said no it can't be done, they went out of their way time and time again to get the job done above and beyond!. These guys did an OUTSTANDING job for me and my family on 3/11/20 moving to our new house in mandarin. I quoted my move out across 6 different companies and they were the only ones that came to my house to quote the actual work. Others are quick to throw a competitive number out over the phone and get you scheduled. My experience is that process of just quoting over the phone results in drastically higher charges on the backside of the move. The owner is a young motivated guy who seemed honest and was willing to work with me on the price. He explained how to minimize my costs during the move through doing some of the slower work in advance like pulling the screws out of the beds etc so they could just grab and run. All furniture as wrapped and protected very well. They brought 3 musclebound, professional guys that handled the move with ease. (We did have a giant shelf that barely got down the stairs due to the hallway angles, but they were able to come up with a plan that required them carrying 300lbs in a full press position which was inspiring to say the least. Please don't be fooled by people who write reviews for a living like the previous person - just look how many reviews he has written for companies. Shouldn't you have used a company in order to review them? I have used this company (multiple times) and referred them to many of my friends and family. This company is not only the best but very reputable. Check the BBB and other sites and you will see the what outstanding reviews they have. This company treats every move as their own. Every piece of furniture is padded and shrunk wrapped to protect it during moves. Additional insurance was indeed provided to me - it is also written in their contract. Every quote (not estimate) is guaranteed. So you know what the end result will be even before the move happens - there is no guessing game as to what you will be paying at the end. Gary personally came out to assess my belongings ensuring an efficient and accurate quote. MoveBright uses their own employees for all their moves - they do not hire day laborers. The staff at MoveBright have been there for years - there is not a big turnover. That in itself is saying something for this company!! We selected Move Bright to handle our move from Colorado to Jacksonville. They assigned their amazing team of Patrick and Rishan to lead our move and drive the trucks. Working with Patrick and Rishan was a Five Star experience in every way! Additional local movers were present at both locations to assist. Rishan and Patrick provided excellent leadership of the additional movers. Everyone worked together seamlessly....they worked very hard and diligently from start to finish! We had lived in our previous home for more than thirty years. Although we had pared down our furniture and belongings quite a bit prior to our move, there remained a full household of items and boxes, including a large wall clock and our piano. I was only a room away, and I did not even hear the team remove and load the piano! That is how professional they were...careful, hard working and no complaining! The unpacking and placement went just as well. One more thing...they had to navigate a widespread spring snow storm in the west and thunderstorms in the south! Our move from Florida to TN was made so much better when Move Bright arrived to pack, load, travel and unpack us. Greg was our Leader and he ran a great crew, with Mike and Bill. Each team player was polite, very concerned about taking care of every item they moved. In fact we could not have been in better hands than with Greg leading the way. The morning he arrived in TN at the storage building he made sure to inspect the storage space, saw dampness and immediately sent us for RIDEX. Greg also lead the crew in packing the storage space where they could make sure no box was on the floor. It's wonderful doing business with them. In fact, they were better than our Real Estate Company; we knew they cared and had our best interest at heart. Each employee stayed in communication with us through the entire move. We used MoveBright for a recent move and could not have been more pleased. They graciously accommodated our desired time frame for the move and provided clear and prompt communication. Ryan and Victor showed up right on time with our items all carefully wrapped for protection. They were friendly and courteous and were patient as we discussed the best locations for item placement. They also provided recommendations regarding the protection our flooring, etc. They were extremely efficient and our move was completed in less time than we expected, even with the necessary assembly of some items. I have never written a review, but MoveBright was so amazing I want to share so someone else can have a great experience moving also. I used them for two out of state moves this summer. I have a newborn and 3 year old and they made the move a breeze. The scheduling was flawless. They were honest, transparent and the paper work to sign was sent in advance and was very clear. The pack went fantastic. They were very careful, labeled everything and had a very positive attitude. The unloading blew us away. They were very careful and skilled at moving us into our new home, with some very tight corners. They placed everything where we wanted and the bill was exactly what they stated it would be. James and Tavian were our crew to load us up and move us out of NJ. James communicated to us the whole way through as they drove from Florida. They navigated us through a snow storm and STILL stayed on schedule. They were so professional and skilled at what they do. I cannot say enough good things about them. Craig (the owner) has also been in constant communication with us the whole way regarding logistics and scheduling. All of my questions have been answered and I felt comfortable and in good hands! We move into our new home in a few days and I look forward to the moving truck pulling up to our new house. I really hope it is the same crew because we really loved working with them! I normally don't leave reviews, however, in this case I can't help myself. We have used MoveBright a couple of times before. Each time they have done a great job. This the third time and MoveBright went overboard to satisfy. They arrived on time and went straight to work. Not only were they efficient, but very personable as well. they accomplished the move in good time and made sure that anything they took apart was put back together. Best move I've ever had. Fast and efficient! Jeff, Josh, and Cesar showed up at 7:35 am and we were packed and ready to go to the new place by 9:35. They even helped us undo our washer/dryer and take the beds apart. We ended up paying about half of what they quoted us because it was so quick and they don't charge for time they don't spend. Yes, they charge a 4% fee for using a credit card but a lot of places have to do that. CC fees are expensive. Use a check or cash. Highly recommend.
