He was very friendly and welcoming, and eager to give a tour of the facility and the available units that they currently offer. I recently bought a new car and wanted to have a hitch installed so I could haul our bikes easier…read more I made an appointment online for a Wednesday afternoon. A couple hours before the appointment, I received a call and said they double booked and I was being rescheduled. They rescheduled me for the following day. So I took my car to the location and took an Uber home as I was told it would be a few hours. About 3 hours later I received a call from the installer to ensure I needed no additional products as I was just having the hitch installed but didn't order the ball or locking pin. I advised I didn't and told him why. He was very pleasant. I went back about 2 hours later and picked up my car. When I got there, there was only one person working and she never acknowledged me. She was helping a couple who could understand why they would need insurance. There was a young man stocking stuff and he also never acknowledged me. I waited for about 20 minutes to be able to pay and get my car. It would have been nice to just be acknowledged or to see what I needed if the other couple was going to take a while. Overall the hitch installation went great and the price is very reasonable compared to the dealer. I just wish they would not have double booked in the first place but at least they called and their agents need just a little refresher on customer service. But I would still return to this location.

They said one of our uboxes is to heavy abd we would need to empty some contents, well we are 24 hours away at out desti ation. They said they tried to call on Friday and yes we did not receive any calls. They said the only other option is we get one more ubox and they could move some things to that unit? Is this legit or trying to make xtra money? They never said there was a weight capacity and how would we weigh it ouselves? This is a review for uhaul company not local
