We did consult a couple different companies but chose generator supercenter because of their customer service, proximity to our home, reliability, and dependability. We had a seamless install and have only had one instance in which the generator was needed since it was installed. When the power went out, within a second or two, the generator kicked in as it should've. That right there is worth ANY amount of money that anyone could pay for a generator!
