It didn't pan out the first time, because I was missing some key pieces of info, but Tenia and (sorry, I can't remember the other associate) another CubeSmart associate got me set up in the system, so when everything was transferred over properly, I'd be good to go. The main office section of CubeSmart is clean. They even have a coffee maker at the front of the store, so if you're in need of caffeine, you can get some prior to going to your storage unit. The second visit was much better. I entered through the main office, saw Tenia, and she quickly answered my questions and even personally showed me where the storage unit was located. All-in-all this was a pleasant experience, but the CubeSmart associates pulled out all the customer service stops. Thanks!

But they are trying to charge me a late fee when they just now sent me the receipt after I dropped the U-Haul off last week. It's finna be a whole new Friday, so I'm trying to understand why I'm getting charged a late fee when I'm just now getting the receipt. When I dropped the U-Haul off, it was dark time. There was a lady there, but they always say the receipt will be sent to your email. I did not get a receipt sent to my email. They cannot say that it came to my number because it didn't. The first receipt I have received was today. So I'm trying to understand how I'm being charged a late fee when I returned the U-Haul last week and I'm just now receiving my receipt.
