They sucker you in with the lower price and continue to go up every 6 to 8 months. It went from 300 a month to 511 a month I left.

My unit is on the 3rd floor when I was getting off the elevator I saw roaches they didnt have any carts so I had to carry everything horrible this is the first time I ever rented a storage where they said I had to use a cylindrical lock others may recommend but not require I will never rent here again read more

Finally moving out today when i first moved in the price was $130 and now a year and 6 months later the price is going up for a second time to $180. I'm just tired of the price increases and they only tell you like a month in advance. I'm not sticking around for another so I'm finally getting my stuff out of there. Also they only have two carts and most of the time people are using them so if you don't have your own you might want to invest in one if you want to put your stuff here. Been having my items in this storage going on a year. and in that time they have went up on the price substantially.I didnt want to lose my items so I had no other choice to pay $357.00 monthly for 10x18 outside unit. but come to find out I was paying in vain.thinking my stuff was being secure and protected.I went to the unit to remove some items only to find it was broken into. and I was even more upset that the clerk acted so nonchalant about the whole ordeal.Safe to say I will not be using their service anymore. read more

After having issues trying to book a unit online (no fault on behalf of Public Storage) I went to the storefront. Marc and Tasha honored the online price but also gave me a great location for my needs. They went above and beyond and I greatly appreciate it. The storefront was very clean and organized. *UPDATE* I really hate to give this place one star, but I'm highly discusted! I've had my stuff in here for nearly a year...just taken it out, only to find out the storage clearly has a ROACH INFESTATION! Nearly every box I've opened has had 1-3 dead roaches. So far all dead, hopefully they all are as I definitely don't want to being roaches into my new home! I even had an all white vanity mirror, with brown splatter markings on it. I couldn't understand what that was. I've now found out that's roach poo! It's a way that they mark their territory. So disgusting! I got in on a decent price, but have continued to pay as they increased the prrice on the storage to nearly double what I paid when I first got it, only to take out my stuff that roach poo and dead roaches in & on my stuff! Not sure if they're dead because they couldn't find food, or if they do spray. If they do spray, it's clearly not enough. Besides that, sometimes it's hard to catch someone in the lobby here. Wanted to buy some boxes (before I knew about the roach peoblem), but no one was there so I bought them elsewhere. If you don't want roach infested stuff don't put your stuff here, or ask them about pest control! read more

I rarely need any customer service assistance , I called today for a simple question and when being authenticated and asking the representative to repeat herself she got an attitude and said "idk if spanish is easier for you but its a simple question im asking " like If I wasn't speaking perfect english with her. Also asked for her name and refused to provide it to me and then she transferred me to a support line where I got a voicemail. It shows me how their calls are definitely not being monitored. read more

Some of the staff's customer service skills here are very poor. One of the staff member who goes by the name Amber is really rude. I have yet to receive a call back from upper management. As a customer, I am TRULY disappointed in this Public Storage store. read more

I really like the feel of this property. It's brand new, clean, and has easy access to the beltway. Jordan helped me and was awesome!

I looked at a 10x10, it was very clean and air conditioned. The price was good too. I'm not worried about theft because Public Storage has shown me how secure their tacitly is. I was just looking for prices and availability, but I will be back to rent. I would definitely recommend this place. read more

I've had a storage unit here for a year and a half, went in to rent an additional one for one month. Online the price states $24 a month. I walked out having paid $100! I called and there is nothing they can do to refund any of it so I'm stuck. I should have rented a unit at the place right by this one. I had a unit there for 5+ years and was treated sooo much better. The unit is costing me $34 a month (not sure why) plus mandatory ins $8 plus admin fee and then part of next month. I have no clue why I needed to pay part of next month. Just watch out. I've had a storage unit for years and years and this is the first time I've had issues. read more
