There have been numerous break-ins at this location and they did nothing to inform their customers about it. I was a victim of one of these break in and management could care less. My entire unit was trashed and numerous items were stolen. The mistake I made was thinking my belongings were safe at this facility. The store employee told me there was no way they could review any video and they only had cameras on the stairs and elevator. I wish I knew this after being a customer at this location for 7 years. Do yourself a favor and find a safe storage facility to store your stuff.

There is ample parking, you feel safe and you are in a secure setting. The staff are friendly and professional. I ended my contract because I no longer needed storage. They charge $10 for storage insurance , $20 for a lock, $25 for administrative fees and a bunch of other tag ons that I don't even remember like keys and key fobs. The worst of it all, the guy taking your information is slow as molasses. So the entire process takes about 30+ minutes of time while your truck rental sits and waits. They won't give you the key until they're done so your friends can't even be helping while you're inside. And after I wait for the slowest typer on the island to finish he says oops it didn't save. I hope I can find my next place quickly so I can cut my time with them incredibly short.

When my wife asked for a smaller unit, we were told that there were none available on the first floor. When my wife asked if I wanted an upstairs unit, I said I didn't. The lady there went in to high gear to make sure we were going to be satisfied and not move to another storage company. She tried hard to find a solution. Even to the point of calling a customer who had reserved a unit on the first floor to see if they would take one on the second floor. It all worked out thanks to her.
