The service and the price were great!! I did everything over the phone which was best for me, I don't always like face to face transactions. I was confused at first because I didn't read the full detailed message they send as to how to access entry. Once I paid attention lol the transaction was smooth and easy. The promo deal is a great! Cynthia is knowledgeable and was kind to show me the available options this facility offered. My request for an ADA accommodation to an accessible unit was met. This facility is one of the most disgusting places ever. I had my things stored here while my house was being renovated. While having my things there I did a little shopping for my house and would occasionally come and add things to storage while I waited for my place to be completed .I came to my storage unit one day and saw roaches crawling all on the walls , in the smoke detectors in the public storage facility and most importantly when going into my unit there were dead and living roaches coming in and out of my unit . I immediately went to the office and got the manage DeAndre who could care less about the problem and told me that all he could do was take pictures and have a exterminator come out AGAIN . Mind you he said AGAIN which means they've been having this problem before I got here and when I asked him he said they didn't start having this problem until another tenant moved in which was maybe a day after I did. My thing is after knowing someone has roaches why would you continue to have them stay in the entire facility? DeAndre customers skills were horrible we got into an argument and he sat there and tried to tell me what he didn't appreciate. He's suppose to be a manager you never tell a customer what you didn't appreciate about them especially when there are roaches crawling in and out of their unit and crawling up and down the hall ways . I ordered DeAndre to call his district manage named Robert which at first he didnt want to do and I spoke to him , and Robert said that he would issue me a refund and that he would call me the following business day which was a Monday...I never heard from him again, I called several times and still no answer. This facility and it's staff are disgusting they do not care about the people storing there things there and I'm extremely disgusted that roaches where in my storage unit and when I finally moved back into my renovated home and started unpacking my things there were several dead roaches in some of the boxes with my brand new things . This storage facility has 1 elevator for all 3 floors and if someone is moving in or out they would stop the elevator for hours on end while your stuck on the second or third floor so good luck if you and someone else are moving out at the same time . There is no air condition inside your unit so you might have a heat stroke while moving your things in and out .. the parking there is horrible and small it's barely any room . DO NOT GO WITH THIS STORAGE FACILITY IT IS NASTY AND THE STAFF IS DISGUSTING AND NEEDS TO TAKE A CUSTOMER SERVICE CLASS ! read more

We had a bad time with a clerk changing our price, so I'm going to write another review for that clerk. But Ruben went above and beyond when he stayed 45 minutes over the closing time to accommodate our move. We were so impressed that we tried to give him a tip, but he refused it, which shows honesty and character on his part. We are very thankful and impressed with him. If you decide to check this place, ask for him, otherwise you risk being ripped off. I had a bad experience from their competitors at Extra Space, so I decided to come here. 15 minutes after reserving my unit online I received a phone call (something their competitors didn't do) The gentleman that worked there walked us through the facility, showed us various units, and answered any questions we had. Very pleasant experience. They lose a star for having higher rates & slightly unkempt hallways. read more

Nisha the only black girl I seen was rude , disrespectful and ghetto as ever. She was on the phone with someone in jail. Yes i heard the whole convo. She also sat outside on the cellphone with someone and was talking loud as ever and cussing. Also cussed at me and accused me of doing something that had nothing to do with me. Also don't inconvenience someone with the elevator. And have them wait til you open to open up the stairs. There was a very old man pulling his baskets up stairs luckily I helped him read more

I was in quite a bind when my fiance and I were panicking looking for reasonably priced storage units close enough to home and her college. Everything seemed to be over priced for what was being offered to us.. However, when she pulled up Public Storage and got a representative on the phone, and I heard "$1 first months move in" I knew it was the answer to our prayers. We set up an appointment for noon and they were a little busy when we arrived but the help we received was well worth the wait. We were helped by Vanessa; who never made us feel pressured into buying anything we didn't want, and had our storage needs in mind the whole time. She was very nice and polite. Most storage places aren't that way, and it does help make things easier for everyone when quality service is available. Thanks again Ms.Vanessa for making this a comfortable experience. read more
