I've been a loyal customer at this storage facility for nearly two years and, until now, had no complaints. That changed recently when I arrived 10 minutes before closing and encountered an incredibly rude employee who refused to let me access my unit. I explained politely that I only needed to grab one item and fully acknowledged the late hour, but was met with unnecessary hostility and an abrupt dismissal because they needed to leave early. It is absolutely unacceptable for a business to advertise set hours and then deny service before closing time, especially with such a disrespectful attitude. If your staff cannot honor posted hours or treat long-time customers with basic courtesy, I see no reason to continue giving you my business. I'll be moving my things elsewhere and strongly advise others to look for a storage facility that values reliability and respect. read more

Omg! I can't express how awful this place is! DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! Please I am begging choose any other place, I'm trying to save you some heart and headache! The most rude staff I have encountered, do not ask a simple question, or by god stay 4 minutes past the absurd closing times, you will get reprimanded! Oh and don't show up early, if you get caught trying to type your code in too early you'll get yelled at with the times of operation. So I call this place Friday to make arrangements for my RV just purchased out of state, well everything was great until the gentleman said without the current registration couldn't do, well I guess I would understand but I explained when I reserved that it was purchased out of state and we are still waiting on paperwork other all the purchasing paperwork Texas requires other type of inspections and have to wait on permanent tags she said it's ok, but I guess she forgot to tell him ugh a waste of my time and gas read more

Two large price increases on a parking spot in their back lot. The most recent price increase of $25 on a previously $67 bill was discovered by me on the statement - showing it would go in effect next month. A postcard informing me of this arrived the same day. I called and asked what the price increase covered (hours of access to the spot have actual decreased). The person working could not tell me why the price had increased other than normal business increases. She promised to get an answer and get back w/me. She left me on hold and never returned (this is my usual experience in dealing w/this company - corporate or local level). They are increasing the price dramatically on a simple parking spot yet they have no standards on these parking spots. There are numerous wrecked and junked cars, instead of the expected RV and boats. It make me question exactly who is accessing the spots. I will be leaving when my month is up. I got this response on my google review - "Response from the owner Hello David, thank you again for taking the time to reach out to us and share your concern, which we will forward to the team." It's important to note it say we will forward to the team. Not that anyone will contact you. When they changed the code w/o notice and I couldn't access my RV I requested several times (on the phone w/corporate and in person) for the manager of this location to contact me. To date no one from Public Storage has ever reached out to me or contacted me. I have had my trailer stored here since before Public Storage bought the property (2016). Yet there is no benefit for longevity w/this company. Prices just go up and no justification is given. As stated above, this current $25 a month increase occurs after they have restricted the hours in which you can access the parking area in the back. Starting today to relocate my trailer to a better option. read more

horrible place, don't rent here, price increased from $115. to $270 on both my units. they just change the rates when they feel like it and u can only access your storage fro. 930 thru 6pm. those are the hours I am at work. the manager told me I was rude and Nothing was her fault so I needed to quit being rude and she hung up on me. read more

Most competent and organized storage place I've used. Was very safe and secure and the workers were so friendly. We had a horrible experience with another storage unit so came here last minute and they were able to find us a space for a great price. Best storage unit in the area! read more

The second this place was purchased by Public Storage it took a nose dive. Office staff is almost never in the office but can conveniently park their personal vehicle in front of the gate to deny access to your unit 10 minutes before close. Exit gate is STILL closed after several months but don't worry they hiked rent up by $30 a month. Also got charged an extra months rent after move out! Finding a cart was a breeze with previous owners but now you can leave your ID with the office (which is always closed) to borrow one. Yelp should really allow negative stars. read more

I stopped by today to find my previously reserved unit as it was my first time at this location. It was extremely clean and the staff happily took me in their golf cart to show me my unit. She explained how to lock and unlock the unit and went over the safety features in place (24 hr cameras, key pad to enter, etc). I was so impressed. I'm glad I secured a unit at this location to secure my TCU student's belongings for the summer. read more
