I rented out a unit here for a year and it went up $100 in the year I was there. I just moved all of my belongings out and someone from the neighboring units threw there shit underwear in my unit which is absolutely disgusting and honestly concerning. Not to mention you have to give them a 7 day notice to move your belongings out which I didn't know so when I went to cancel for July since I had already cleared my unit out they made me still pay for the entire month....steer clear of this place. Hopefully they make sure no one is staying in unit 2125 or 2127. read more

Public Storage - Shitty undies - Self Storage Near Me - Fairless Hills, Pennsylvania

See all

I had 2 storage units at the Fairless Hills branch for about 5 years and recently closed them out. This is by far the best Public Storage facility I've ever used. The staff was always on point, friendly and did a great job. The units and facility were kept in good shape, they were fairly priced and I didn't have a single issue the entire time I used them. The staff consistently exceeded my expectations which was awesome. From the initial rental process, to various questions and concerns that came up over the years, to the recent closure of my units, the team was superb, demonstrating a never-ending commitment to excellent customer service. I wholeheartedly recommend Public Storage Fairless Hills to anyone seeking a top-tier storage experience. You really can't go wrong with these guys! read more

The employee at the Fairless Hills Public Storage Unit by the name of Victoria is quite helpful. She totally helps you get a unit and at the same time she helps you with the paperwork. I would like to thank her she was great. read more

Wow. This place continues to go downhill. The new manager is never around to hear concerns about broken doors and the lack of security. I Pay a huge premium for an inside unit but the back door has been broken for several months without any communication as to when, if ever, it will be fixed. So when you leave, you have to back up or do a u-turn inside. The former manager Alicia was great. Always around and responsive. Store your valuables elsewhere., read more

I had the pleasure of working with both Victoriya to switch recently from a 10' x 20' to a 5' x 10' now that most of my furniture was sold, donated or put to better use. She was courteous respectful and very helpful. John A- #4059- read more

Victoria was a huge help in getting us organized and set up in our storage unit. Space is clean and well maintained. Highly recommend

This place is a money pit. They raise your rent every month with no notice. My rental started at $89 and I never had a month that I paid that rate. It immediately jumped to $125 and is now almost $200 per month. Renter BEWARE! read more

Great location.! One staff member in particular, Carole, is always a huge help, whether it be billing or unit matters. Carole always has the answers you may be searching for and if she doesn't she always makes it her mission to figure out a solution! Makes the branch a definite go to or recommendation. Thanks Carole!! Fairless Hills store location. -joe read more

They keep raising the rent and taking away things. They "upgraded" to led lights in the hallways and took away lighting inside the units. This makes it unsafe for anyone alone AND they raised the rent 23%. I will be moving out read more

Complete ripoff. Gave them a credit card to charge for monthly rental. They didn't auto charge as discussed and the charged late fees of over $70.00. They are scammers, use someone else. read more

I rented a space at Public Storage in Fairless Hills online. I went to the store to get code because the one emailed to me didn't work. Tracy the Property Manager was very helpful and got the gate code to work. She was very willing to Go the extra mile to help me Out. Great place to store extra items read more

I always receive great customer service, especially from Carol, whenever I stop by to pay my bill. Friendly, helpful and professional every time. Thanks Carol! read more

I suggest save your money and go somewhere else. This place kills you with fees and taxes. And customer service sucks. I'm still wondering why after a flood it was so hard to reach anyone or get my stuff but the bill still went up. The manager doesn't answer and its clear that she coaches her employees to be jerks. read more

Very helpful. Tracy helped me set up everything and answered all of my questions. Great place to store all of your stuff.

I just rented a unit online, which was quick and easy, and moved some items in today. The site manager Carol was awesome and very helpful!

False advertising. they will tell you one price, but by the time they finish stacking on fees and extra charges, it will be much much higher. Lock fee. yes thats right, a lock fee. administration fee, which makes zero sense because the girl was sitting there doing nothing when i walked in, and all we wanted to do was purchase a lease for a unit. how is there a fee associated with agreeing for me to be paying you for the storage unit? is this inception or something? oh and the "optional" but still required insurance fee. and yes even an additional fee called "rental fee" which is somehow different than the cost of the rental. in the end the unit advertised to be 90$ per month (no asterisk or fine print) ends up costing like 150 read more

Very helpful staff. Good location and security seems good. No problems at all and when we decided we needed a bigger unit they made the change effortless. read more

I would recommend this Public Storage to any and every one. The property is well cared for inside and out, and the layout for the inside units is done very well. We are lucky enough to have a unit basically right off of one of the two ample sized freight elevators. Also, the security is so much better than any other storage we've used. The associate that helped us was Tatiana, and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was extremely helpful and was able to answer any questions we had. I am so glad that we chose this location to do business with. read more

Chelsea was very helpful and polite. She answered all of our questions. Glad to do business at this location.

Staff is very rude inconsiderate every time I've been there it's always been a hassle terrible customer service and very unprofessional I paid my bill my money was refunded to my card which takes up to 60 days to get back to me, I could not get a solid answer as to why my money was refunded to my card and as to why I was being charged numerous late fees because of their mistake then there was a lien put on my account I was locked out of my storage now I'm in good standing send my husband there and they call me to tell me that he is trespassing because we've been there so a few times we didn't realize that they closed at 6:00 p.m. which is also ridiculous he got in the gate because the office worker let him in the gate the woman who called me said she didn't know if he just piggybacked somebody in or what but he shouldn't have been on the premises after 6:00 p.m. he left at 7:00 p.m. they called the police it's just it's unreal they told me that he must have left before the police got here funny the police were called when staff let him in it's run by a bunch of people who don't know their heads for a hole in the ground and they do not communicate with one another teamwork is not in their vocabulary. charging me late fees they don't know what they're doing and at my expense. I can't wait to get my things and get the heck out of there it really seems as if they are going above and beyond to keep my clothing that's all that's in there a bunch of clothes that would sell for probably nickels if that so that they can auction it off I guess that's the only way they do make money is by sabotaging their customers. read more

Tyra the sales rep was very helpful and polite. everything was explained before we signed

My storage unit flooded 3 times within a two month period due to poor management of the facilities. It flooded once, I moved units, it flooded again, and I just got a call it flooded AGAIN! Awful facilities, no management to talk to when problems occur, and foul mouthed employees. Leaving ASAP. read more

I was at this location about 2 years ago, when I thought we were selling our house; now that we are finally moving, I went again to get necessary boxes, etc. Wow, what a difference! Very helpful staff, sharing a lot of information and helpful in getting the boxes to my car (I walk with a cane, so it was great to have a little assistance). Highly recommended! read more
