The manager Manny acted like some thug from the hood when we went in to complain about how ignorant his wife was to myself and my wife. We took our belongings and went elsewhere because it wasn't safe keeping it there. We purposely put our lock on a certain direction 3 times and every time the lock was put on backwards when we came back. Each time our things were rummaged through. Who would ever trust that!? Nicole was a rockstar and not only set us up with the best deal with utmost trust and confidence in this place, but she hooked me up with local coffee, shared with me some of the awesome things that I should check out in my new hometown, and had a great sense of humor. I needed all of that!! The storage unit is amazing and very secure and clean! The accessibility hours are wonderful and easy access for after office hours. She tells me to pay on the smaller unit I had a maybe they might work something out later. Call back later and find out my larger unit with all expensive and sentimental possessions had been auctioned off way before the auction date therefore couldn't fight for my things. When I called this nasty homophonic guy tells me they had been trying to contact me for months. They had wrong number, email and address for me so that was a cold blooded lie. He then says oh BTW either them or people they auctioned my stuff to had personal items they didn't want. On the phone he called me a faggot and says oh well get over it. I go and get the so called items they didn't want praying it was my health records, sentimental pictures, birth certificate etc and the bag was filled with used sanitary napkins, used condoms and kitty litter. Meanwhile they sold my other unit too and said nothing I could do unless I paid 60% on top of what the auction price was. As a disabled handicap I now have nothing to my name.
