The manager Manny acted like some thug from the hood when we went in to complain about how ignorant his wife was to myself and my wife. We took our belongings and went elsewhere because it wasn't safe keeping it there. We purposely put our lock on a certain direction 3 times and every time the lock was put on backwards when we came back. Each time our things were rummaged through. Who would ever trust that!? I would NEVER recommend them for anyone's storage needs. If you have any sense, stay far away from this place.

Nicole was a rockstar and not only set us up with the best deal with utmost trust and confidence in this place, but she hooked me up with local coffee, shared with me some of the awesome things that I should check out in my new hometown, and had a great sense of humor. I needed all of that!! The storage unit is amazing and very secure and clean! The accessibility hours are wonderful and easy access for after office hours. When we returned a few days later to put more boxes in the unit, the employee was equally as fantastic and chill, and I remain impressed. I would recommend this place to anyone!!

I ended up choosing Mr. Storage for a year rental and everything worked out perfectly. I called well in advance to reserve a 5x5 unit. I live in Center City and rented a UHaul to move my stuff. There was street parking and the staff (a woman named Sylvia) was helpful. There were carts available to move your things. You receive a key which I guarded for dear life for a year (there is a replacement fee if you lose it). I paid in advance for 6 months and my rent only went up once by a few dollars (and I subsequently paid for the next 6 months to avoid any future price increases). Check out of the rental was quick and painless. All my stuff was in the same condition as I left it and I had 0 issues. One thing to look out for is their times because sometimes there's limited hours. I had to pick up my stuff one day later than my last day I paid for and I emailed them and they were very nice to say it was no problem. If I need storage again, I will definitely choose this business!

They put furniture in front of the boxes and the furniture is too heavy for me to move by myself. I'm not very strong. I have chronic back pain and knee pain. The other place was cheap and they did not speak very much English. The only time I could understand them was when they demanded an extra $500 for the 3 of them as their tip. They broke some of my things (including my parents' tiffany lamp, an end table and my microwave). Worst of all was that the bed collapsed during the night because the other movers only used screws at the bottom of the bed. Today Riley & Sons movers came over and fixed my bed then they rearranged everything the way that I wanted. They took the broken microwave and end table to the dumpster then took some things to my sister's house. Then they brought back 2 chairs for me from my sister. The Riley & Son's movers were friendly, efficient and sympathetic to what I had to deal with from the other movers. Then I was pleasantly surprised when the actual cost was less than the estimated cost. I will definitely be sticking with them and recommending them to anyone who wants punctual, reliable, friendly and helpful movers who know what they're doing and truly care about their customers' satisfaction.
