The CubeSmart in Montgomeryville PA is an outstanding facility. The storage units are clean and well maintained and have great lighting and a sense of security. The staff couldn't be nicer, helpful or more efficient. They really make using the facility convenient and a great experience. From Sue, the manager who lives on the property, to Jacqueline who is always willing to lend a hand, to Toni who seems to "do it all"'- she always is available to solve problems and sets the standard for outstanding customer service. I haven't actually rented with them yet, but I just finished up an exhaustive tour of all the storage facilities in the area, and I will be going with CubeSmart. Here is why: 1) It smells good and is kept clean. I have multiple allergies and chemical sensitivities due to a chronic illness. I'm practically part dog, in how well I can smell things, lol! At some of the other facilities I felt like I was going to vomit from the smell of chemicals (pesticides). CubeSmart was noticeably different. I brought this up to Adam, the manager, and he explained that it is company policy to greatly minimize the use of toxic chemicals in their facilities. He then explained in detail how they do pest control, etc... Basically, they are proactive and responsible. They keep things clean, they use physical means for pest control first, and they require their clients to be responsible and proactive as well, for everyone's sake. Why does this matter? If the facility is being drenched in chemicals, then your belongings will eventually absorb those chemicals as well. Then you have to live with that. You may not be consciously aware of it the way that I am, but I promise you that it will harm your health. 2) Adam, the manager, is a straight-up mensch. He is accommodating, meticulous, and very willing to help you figure out what is right for your particular situation. He strikes me as a responsible and decent person, and that is the kind of person I like to do business with. 3) There were no tricky games over prices, hidden fees, or timing of charges. BTW, the other CubeSmart I visited, in Norristown, was also great. Again, the building felt good, and the staff were lovely people. I felt very comfortable there, and the prices were much cheaper than the Montgomeryville location. However, due to some logistical issues, I need something closer by. read more

I only give this place a second star because the people there are nice. However, there was a flood in my unit and the insurance carrier didnt even cover it. I have a ruined couch and cube smart was only willing to give me a $14 credit after being there 4 hours moving my things to another unit and attempting to dry out my furniture. This place needs updated and the insurance policy dropped. read more

Cubesmart is incredible to deal with. Adam is an amazing manager and incredibly professional. We originally rented with them but, after four days,our rental needs changed. Amazingly Cubesmart refunded all of the money we paid for the rental space even though they were under no contractual obligation to do so. I highly recommend Cubesmart especially its manager, Adam. I came to this location at the absolute last hour and Sue/John accepted me with amazing customer service! I needed a place to store my vehicle for just a month while I was out of town. They had some kind of promotion going on with the first month free, so I left paying nothing! They have unparalleled customer service. Their facility also is easily accessible, gated and very clean. I got a large parking spot that can easily park two vehicles. I would highly recommend this location. read more
