    My in-person experience at this location was atrocious with Ashley H. She remained engaged on her…read moreBluetooth cell phone conversation for the entirety of my visit with no eye contact with the customer (me). She almost refused to offer receipt confirmation of my transaction. After asking for it twice, she finally agreed to get up out of her seat to check-in my rented Uhaul truck. Upon jumping in the vehicle, she haphazardly blurted that something was in the truck (i.e., my fiancé's singular blanket). I said that I could retrieve it. As I'm latching onto the sides of the truck to enter, she starts the motor of truck (as I'm entering the back), which seems dangerously rocky (from the back of shaky truck). When she finally checked in my vehicle and offered a printed receipt, I was charged inaccurately. At several points of conversation, I had to continually ask if she was speaking to me or the cell phone conversation participant. She continued to have casual conversation with a friend (via Bluetooth) for our entire interaction. I am hard of hearing, which makes horrible customer service experiences even worse to manage. I asked to speak with a manager. The experience continued to deteriorate from there, and I finally had to contact the corporate phone number. Mrs. De La Cruz (from corporate customer service) was warm hearted and wonderful, though.

Across multiple review sites, this company consistently scores poorly: * Google: Approximately 3.9 stars, with thousands of reviews * Yelp: Approximately 1.5-2 stars, with a long history of complaints * Better Business Bureau (BBB): 1.97 stars across more than 1,000 customer reviews, despite being "accredited" These ratings are not a coincidence -- they mirror the exact problems I experienced. Please don't take the chances that I did and use this company. You'll be very sorry. I hired All My Sons for what should have been a simple, professionally handled move within Pennsylvania. Instead, the company sent a crew from their New Jersey branch, and from the moment they arrived, the situation was unacceptable. The movers smelled strongly of weed, and the odor was so overwhelming that it transferred onto my belongings, the moving blankets, and into my home. Despite being quoted $1,500 for a move that originally included far more items than we ultimately needed moved, the crew stalled for hours, took an unreasonable amount of time to get set up, and barely worked. They attempted to charge us $200 per hour for 12 hours to move fewer than ten pieces of furniture and no boxes--time that was inflated entirely due to their own lack of productivity. They even took apart furniture unnecessarily, removing every screw they could find, and then struggled to reassemble anything, which appeared to be a deliberate tactic to keep the clock running. To make matters worse, they forced us to pay immediately before unloading the furniture, even though the job was nowhere near complete and their performance had already been unacceptable. They refused to allow me to inspect my furniture after they brought it in. They were holding my furniture in their truck until I provided the person on the phone with a credit card to pay for the move. By 10 p.m., exhausted and frustrated, we had no choice but to let them leave. My husband and I ended up moving most of the furniture ourselves, unwrapping and assembling items they were supposed to handle. The next day, we had to take two cars and make multiple trips just to move basic items like totes and clothing bags--items we specifically hired them to move. Damage Discovered - In daylight, the true extent of the damage became clear. The movers had: * Drilled holes through three credenzas, including over ten holes on the wrong side of two of them * Split a 500+ lb wooden and marble credenza by placing it on its side on a dolly instead of carrying it properly * Stained my couch * Broken a $1,500 art piece * Scratched $1,200 chairs Their lack of training and care was obvious, and their behavior raised serious concerns about whether they were under the influence while handling our property. Claims Process & Geoff Burgess I filed a claim for nearly $10,000 in damages, providing receipts, photos, and videos--evidence the company was aware of from the moment the damage occurred. Since my move at the end of December, I have been going back and forth with All My Sons for months. It is now March, and they have: * Refused to settle * Refused to explain their employees' behavior * Refused to address the lack of training or drug testing * Refused to replace or compensate me for the extensive damage The claims representative, Geoff Burgess, has been a complete roadblock. He: * Refuses to review any of the material proof * Refuses to provide documentation * Refuses to acknowledge the severity of the damage * Blocks any attempt to escalate the issue I even tried going to his supervisor and to customer service, and no one will do anything. Every path leads back to Geoff, who simply repeats the same scripted denial. Their final response was that their insurance would only cover $644 under "limited liability," and they refused to refund the $1,500 I paid for the move. The local NJ operations manager initially told me he would speak with his partner and call me back. He never did. I have texted him multiple times and left a voicemail with no response except to speak Geoff in claims. The company also refuses to let customers speak directly with their executive team, forcing all communication through an internal division that shields them from accountability. I even tried reaching out on LinkedIn to the chief customer officer of all my sons in their corporate office in Texas. Conclusion - This company's behavior is unacceptable, and their pattern of ignoring customers, denying valid claims, and hiding behind internal processes is exactly why they have low ratings on Google, Yelp, and the Better Business Bureau. I wish I had looked more closely at those reviews before hiring them. Don't make this mistake!

When I finally went to move my things from their unit to a different one, my boxes were just tossed in what looked like a junk heap with ZERO care and I found out I was being ridiculously overcharged for literally a square spot in a garage. As my family and I were moving my items from their unit warehouse to our own truck we rented because the owner was going to charge us too much money for his employees to do it, EVERY BOX or piece we moved had broken, missing or damaged sections/items. the owner watched us as we took each box literally blaming us because we "touched it". the owner of this company is FOUL and nothing I owned was packed with care. I'm now finally unpacking, and I have THOUSANDS of dollars of damaged and missing items. I will one hundred percent be reporting them to the BBB and I hope they get stripped of all of their awards. THIS IS ADDED AFTER THE COMMENT FROM THE OWNER- MASSIMO- you are an absolute jerk I still have threatening and disgusting text messages from you after I called to say things were damaged. LITERALLY AT THE FACILITY YOU SAW ME TAKE ONE BOX AT A TIME and saw my face as I heard broken contents and you did NOTHING. I did not pack my boxes on moving day your team did and they did it TERRIBLY I even bought them lunch and tipped. Your team threw things in boxes and unloaded into a literal heap of a mess in your garage. And then you charge $300-500 a month for nothing. PUBLIC PLEASE DO NOT BE FOOLED BY A GREEDY MAN WHO TREATS CUSTOMERS WITH DISRESPECT. I hope the public does understand your company is a disgrace and I will send ANYONE who asks to see pictures and the bill and messages what I have. Massimo you are the biggest liar ever.     I simply stated on my review which I can't comment on that everyone needs to throughly inspect…read moreevery piece of furniture prior to signing paperwork. There is no need to be rude and I did mention the workers were polite. I didn't realize how thankful I should be over $50 that cost me so much more. I also stated I didn't inspect every single item which I should have done prior to signing anything! Maybe you could re read my review before replying hastily.
