Stephanie provides extra ordinary customer service! She is the manager of the Public Storage unit on Clinton in Aurora. Even though it's a kiosk store, she still met with me to provide me with the lock and show me where the unit was. She was professional, kind, considerate, and goes above and beyond. This public storage sucks! They called me on June 1st and told me I had til the 27th of June to pay $318 before my storage unit went up for auction, and when I went down there on June 10th to pay the $318 there was no one on site and the gate was still wide open since the last time I went there about a month before. And the kiosk said I then owed $520 just 9 days after the phone call I received. And I had 2 of my own locks on my storage, but when I was there I drove passed it on the way out and both my locks were cut off and replaced with a different lock when I still had 17 days to come up with th upe $520 which means they already went through my things all of my childhood memories my clothes my shoes my cat tree my shelves my cousin's ashes. It sucks because I'm homeless, and have lost everything that I put in storage so I wouldn't lose it. Now everything is gone! Worst storage I've ever come across. What's the point in paying for insurance if the facility doesn't even care and goes through your stuff anyways! read more

If i could give this a ZERO, I WOULD! I am absolutely appalled at the lack of customer service and Lack of professionalism that this manager has displayed. Spoke to 2 young ladies today one I believe to be Stephanie. After one month of renting at this location, I am now being told that they cannot process through automatic payment on my card. These bastards canceled out my card on file and now want me to bend over backwards to provide the money in cash! Who's to say that they won't keep this for themselves? And still claim that they didn't receive the payment??? Plenty of funds are in my account and the amount needed is accessible via the card that I left on file. I cannot help that their system failed or sucks at the moment but I should not be forced to bring cash !!! Who runs a business like This? I am a deputy whom travels 5-9 times per month. My bank is in colorado springs and I do not have an atm card. They claim that they cannot accept a money order Nor cashier's check / MONEY GRAM! This is a TOTAL INCONVENIENCE on top of being SHADY AS HELL! Furthermore while trying to find other ways to resolve THEIR problem, I was rushed off the phone by STEPHANIE and Told to get it handled on my own DUE TO A CUSTOMER BEING IN THE OFFICE! UM HELLO *****, I AM A CUSTOMER!! I was on the phone with you BEFORE this person WALKED IN! WHAT A TOTAL YOU KNOW WHAT!!!!....yep I said it. I DO NOT recommend this location to anyone looking for reputable service with a reputable company.!! What a crock of SHIT! I will be going elsewhere for my storage needs ASAP! Now watch.... I found the site online and reserved a unit. I got a call not long after asking if I needed any other assistance. Later that day I went in to make sure the unit was able to store all my belongings. Just got to town a few weeks ago with a 26' uhaul. Upon arrival to the location of our reserved unit we were informed they no longer had any available units in that size. What a headache we thought but we were quickly directed to the next nearest Public Storage not far and met Stephanie who turned our experience around. We were treated very well and given the price promised when we originally booked the unit online at the previous location. Stephanie even followed up with us a couple weeks after our move to inform us of the price change, refund and to ask how everything was going. Very impressed! read more
