Before I could even get ahold of him, she had already found the information I needed and had me on my way. Later, I couldn't figure out how to properly secure one of the units, so I called the office. Andrea promptly came out to the unit and happily showed me what to do. It seemed fair and most of the other companies advertised around $120/month. January 15th, 2025 I received an email stating my new monthly price was going to be $181/month starting February 15th. Expect whatever they state as the on-going monthly rate to nearly double. No, I probably didn't read the fine print on the lease agreement. I assumed that a concrete floor with 3 walls and a door would just need a signature affirming I don't plan to live in it so that's on me. It's a horrible bait-and-switch business model...
