Very secure. Move in was easy other than the lack of moving carts. Apparently only 3 are available.

My experience with this facility was excellent. The manager, Claudia is professional and courteous. I highly recommend this place for all your storage needs. read more

Claudia is amazing she took care of me and made it a super smooth process I was in and out less then 15 min. Highly recommend!!!

This is the first time we have used a public storage area of any kind. Claudia was excellent. She walked us through the whole process prior to moving down and when we arrived she took us on a tour and showed us exactly how do use the application, entry codes etc. The location is very clean and very assessable. I highly recommend using this location. read more

Excellent place to store your stuff. Secure and clean. Bluetooth app will open the gate and doors.

When I placed my reservation online it changed the address that I chose. I made the reservation in the location lobby of Powerline road and Southwest 10th Street, when I spoke to the lady working behind the counter she told me that's a different location.. another customer next to me did the exact same thing as I did and was transferred to a different location also. I chose the location that was most convenient for me and it gave me a different location which upset me. read more

Bait and switch once again! I was told last year that our rate would not be increased by more than 10% per year yet for the second year in a row I received a notification that my rate will be going up almost 40% and it's almost impossible to get a hold of anyone to discuss/resolve the issue. It's really unfortunate they take advantage of their costumers this way with no proper explanation other than that their rates are competitive. Each time you speak to someone you get a different excuse. Also the premises are dirty and never enough carts. read more

I was more than pleased! I knew I was in good hands after speaking with Claudia, Manager of this facility. After my initial "online" inquiry, she reached out to me almost immediately. I needed a storage unit asap and at a great price. She was available to show me a 10' x 10" unit within 30 minutes of my call. Claudia was super sweet and tolerant of ALL my questions. The property is very clean; even the restroom. This is my second time renting at Public Storage; did so 7 years prior and was hoping to have my exceptions met again. "All" was / is great. Amazing customer service AND security. Definitely consider this location for your storage needs ... and just a few minutes West of 95. read more

This is my second time renting at this Public Storage location and I would rent another unit here in a heartbeat! This facility is extremely well kept, clean and the customer service is excellent. This time I had the pleasure of dealing with Claudia. She was super nice, understanding and very knowledgeable. Make sure you check the on-line specials before booking your unit. read more

I booked a unit at another place and they didn't book the right unit. I went to this facility and originally dealt w Claudia. She was AWESOME. After having the week from HELL she was calming and assured me that all will work out. When I arrived at the facility I met with Shondella. She showed me the unit. The unit had 2 doors and I didn't want that. She showed me the other available units and we went to the office. Claudia was there and the 2 of them calmed me down and gave me what I wanted. Shondella was wonderful as was Claudia. I moved in yesterday and wasn't sure the unit was big enough. Once again they both reassured me that we'll make it work. Once again calming me down. Needless to say, I will recommend this property. It is clean, well maintained, well lit and certainly being run by 2 wonderful people. read more

Worst management in absolute. Only after three months the price increased by $ 20. They did not take care of anything. They are not professional at all. read more

Great service ! Claudia reserved my unit for me and Jimmy took care of the transfer paperwork and all of about 10 minutes I had my new unit and was ready to go. The place itself is very nice kept clean and safe and secure cannot get in without a gate code they have cameras everywhere and the unloading loading area is covered so if it is raining not a problem. I've had a unit here for almost several years and I wouldn't rent storage unit anywhere else in the area. read more

So, let me explain the background which has inspired my tirade... 2 1/2 years ago I sold, and moved out of my home. I rented a 12x15 indoor " CLIMATE CONTROLLED " storage unit in a gated "public storage" facility for $175.00 per month, which seemed pricey, but I needed a safe, secure, and air-conditioned place to store a lot of very expensive musical equipment, and stereo equipment etc. and personal belongings. Much of this is perishable items. They must be under air conditioning. Only a few months after renting this unit, .the rent increased by $35 a month or something like that and has continued to increase at such a rate until now I am paying almost $300 a month for the unit that I hesitated to pay $175 for initially Apparently there is no such thing as "grandfathering in" And shortly after that the problems began. First of all the locked door that allows access to the area where my unit is fell off the hinges, and was hanging there crooked... so the door would not only not close, but obviously could not be locked. It took me two months of struggling with the district managers etc. to finally get someone to come out and "jury rig" this door, so that it closes, and they put some lame locking function lock on it so that it now locks again....sorta... Another door, at the end of the hallway, has been broken now for many months according to the property manager herself. She can't seem to get someone to fix it either. And that brings me to the main door. The Doublewide sliding glass door which allows access to the entire building electronically has been broken two or three times in the last few years, and has now been broken again, standing wide open for the last few weeks....all while the air conditioning has been broken for the past six weeks or so. Of course I have spoken to the property manager, who, referred me to the district manager...and I have spoken to him three times in the last three weeks. His reply to me always is "I'm working on it". He assured me that it would be fixed by Monday two weeks ago. It was not fixed, so I called the corporate office and left a voicemail (since, of course she didn't answer) with the director of customer service. She has never called me back. Last evening, just before I posted my angry message, I went by the storage unit after the three day labor day weekend to find the front door still broken and wide open, and the air conditioner is still not fixed. It is the hottest and most humid month or two of the year in South Florida. Why can't someone resolve this issue. I am livid... and being ripped off by " PUBLIC STORAGE "while my perishables are in that unit, suffering. read more
