As for customer service itself, a lot needs to improve. The manager seems to be overwhelmed with three locations and blames it on that. Nobody answers the phone, but she did mention that if I leave a message she'll get back to me. Not very useful when you actually need to speak to someone about something urgent right? Nowadays, nobody wants to speak over the phone, but it is a necessary step to customer service. The restroom was locked and I was on able to remove myself after moving in to the storage. Everybody was parked on the loading zone, even though there's signs that say, do not park.. an automated location like this cannot be ran this way.
