After several phone calls with the office I was able to make an appointment. I was told they would call the day before to set up a more specific time for the technician to come out and give a quote. However they never called . So I called the day of the scheduled appointment and they told me they had me scheduled for another day that I specifically said I was not available. After working some things out a great tech by the name of Daniel came by on his way home to discuss everything. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. He informed me of schedule issues within the office. He said he would submit paperwork and quote would be sent out . After waiting a week I still never received one. After leaving several messages I finally called back and spoke to someone in the office. After telling them the story they said they would have him come out and give me an estimate. I said he was already here and I was awaiting on the numbers and totals. The next thing out of her mouth was ok so it sounds like you need your tank filled. I am like this is a candid camera or phone prank. If I am having this many issues prior to having a tank or services provided I can only guess what it will be like trying to get gas delivered during an emergency. Thanks but no thanks. When I tried to put my review on their Facebook "write a review" page I was blocked. I have rented a storage unit...and even 2, for 3 years at the Davie, FL facility. Please read the contract VERY carefully. They claim to not be responsible for rodent damage among other things. I moved all of my belongings into a unit 3 years ago, I never expected it to be that long. I moved into a new place on 12/16 so excited to have my own place again and my heart broke when I saw my things in my storage unit. My belongings were ruined. Though my clothes and purses were eaten by "rodents" and covered in feces...Management advised THAT is not covered by insurance. Fortunately, my unit also had a roof leak and THAT damage is covered. Though this storage facility will "lock you out" for non-payment after day five...I have been advised my insurance claim reimbursement can take months. No bed, no furniture and having to throw away 30 years worth of treasures...heartbreaking. If that isn't enough...I was advised that I need to remove the ruined things from the storage unit before the end of the month to not incur additional fees. Please be careful who you do business with. While I was shopping for a unit the others in the area told me "don't go there, you get what you pay for"...I was a single mother who learned a hard lesson. It is now 10 days later and I have submitted my claim, which I was told would be expedited and I have heard from no one. Today I contacted my local management and was told "they are probably closed for the holidays". Very nice! Do people not even acknowledge inconvenience? To date I have paid more than $7,000. to store my belongings. Be careful and aware! Update: it has now been almost 3 weeks since my loss. I paid insurance, had coverage and this company will not respond to any inquiries nor have I been contacted by their insurance company. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and will need to obtain legal assistance.

I found this company's contact information in my late husband's phone and assumed that because my husband had used him in the past, I could trust him with my property. I hired this company to clean my grill for $475. After they left, I went to use the grill and immediately noticed deep scratches all over the stainless steel hood that were not there before. My daughter's boyfriend was outside while they were working and heard the workers arguing because one of them had apparently scratched the grill. According to him, one worker said something along the lines of, "What am I supposed to do about it now?" When I contacted the owner, I wasn't looking for a fight. I simply wanted an explanation and a reasonable solution. During our conversations, the owner told me that if anything had happened, it would likely have been caused by his son Justin, who he said had only been working with him since February. However, instead of taking responsibility for investigating the situation, I was met with denial and accusations that the scratches were already there. What makes this even more frustrating is that I sent photos of my grill before the work was performed, and those deep scratches are not visible in those photos. Yet I was essentially told that the grill was already in that condition and that I was mistaken. The damage itself is disappointing, but what really bothers me is the lack of accountability afterward. Accidents happen. What matters is how a company handles them. I first reported this issue on Saturday, and it is now Wednesday. Despite repeated attempts to resolve the matter, no inspection has taken place and no meaningful effort has been made to address my concerns. I also found the owner's attitude to be dismissive and disrespectful. Rather than scheduling a specific time to come inspect the grill, I was expected to simply be available whenever he decided he might stop by. As a paying customer, I don't think that's a reasonable way to handle a complaint involving damage to someone's property. As a widow trying to navigate things that my husband used to handle, I placed my trust in a company I believed had earned it. Instead, I was left with a scratched grill, accusations that the damage was somehow already there, and a complete lack of accountability.
