It is located in a warehouse under the Miami Metrorail. They filled the propane tank in a jiffy but when I went in to pay I was astounded by all their cool fishing gear. If you are a salt water fisherman you have to check them out. The name of the business doesn't even hint at the water sportsman paradise that awaits you here. The inside of the warehouse was filled with fishing lures, fishing rods, coolers, ice, filleting knives, line, bags, cleaners, frozen bait and tackle. I was surprised to find all of this great fishing gear underneath the Miami Metrorail. The family running this business were such nice people that I have to give them a shout out. If you need to refill your BBQ propane tank they can do that too. I paid $20 less to fill the tank here than I do in Broward. If you need propane or any salt water fishing gear, come out and support this great business.

Cavalier approach to business; scary in a propane biz (this from a 37 year customer who has endured runnng out of gas, purchasing/having installed defective equipment, an explosion, a leak... Many of the people are kind and considerate, esp'ly drivers, but none of that matters after ten months of no returned calls & defective equip (& error on bill to tune of $680.!!). they don't care. and they're good at that!!

Ours is not an easy terrain and the installation is attractive and easily accelerated and completed same day. Tori in the office answers the phone and provides excellent customer service. She was always was happy to answer every question I had or get back with me quickly with an accurate answer. I never had to leave a message on a voicemail which was refreshing. In return, the Association I am a Board member on agreed to pay an invoice immediately and get the check to them, in full, soonest possible. We delivered the check and I received a text informing me they were just placing the order (June 29th, 5 days before July 4th). When I told them what Steve told me, they apologized for his miscommunication and said they cannot do that... but they were happy to get full payment. The worst part about their policies, and banks will confirm, a Homeowner's Association has basic, guaranteed funds as the Florida statute requires owners to pay their assessments... we receive some of the best bank loans, if ever needed... When choosing a grill, I've found one of the most important things is picking out the right grill for your purposes and then getting it set up correctly according to your intended use as there is a big difference between what you might want for camping, general grilling, barbecuing, use aboard a boat or in the back yard. Fortunately they have the knowledge to guide you as to what might be suit your needs including the fact of whether or not that item is some they may or may not handle.
