They put a monitoring device without telling me there was a charge then started charging me without even giving me access to it. I could not be any more patient with them but they just don't care about customer service. Tried even gave the manager chance to apologize and make things right. Surprise they just wanted to blame me because I was unhappy with their past performance and communication. They just want access to your property without any notice.
